I ordered online just the kidney pills, I tried to check out and it stated my ordered was not complete and listed a bunch of vitamins. There was no way to place my order without these vitamins. I stoped the transaction. I looked at my credit card and saw I was charged an additional $75 for the vitamins. I called customer service and hopefully the 75 charge will be taken off. After this I regret ordering from you.

Angel the representative was very enthusiastic and very patient with me. He was very, very helpful concerning my situation.

FIRST OFF, Christina answered with a courteous , Positive and very pleasant greeting giving the customer a delightful, less stress approach to request the issue on hand. Most companies are negative assuming the customer is negative to start. The return issue was easy and understanding being Male and a senior. Christina did not know this at the start which did not change her customer service duties. So grateful for having to speak with her.

This company will charge you card randomly out of the blue. I've had to replace 3 cards with the last one I had to cancel my debit card and have a new one issued. Some how they have a way of getting your new card number to moment you activate your replacement card. Total scam

She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciated her help. The one thing that I do dislike about your company. this has NOTHING to do with the customer service rep that helped me. You offer a free consultation. It just reminded me of the 1980"s timeshare scandal. Other than that, customer service rep was awesome.

The product did not work for me. I actually developed an itch. I requested to return the unopened bottles before 30 days. It is noted many times of the 60 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, but actually doing it is another story. I was GHOSTED by the COACH, SKYLAR QUINN, and was given sidetalk by any one who would return an email. I even received an email from RYAN customer service TEAMDOS. He has no idea why I’m upset. He can’t understand why I’m not thrilled that I was refunded for a subscription, a subscription I never signed up for. I’m still trying to return my initial order and get the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE that Sculptiqueis so proud of.

The Lymphatic pills made me ill - hospitalization required. taken the way directions instructed - unable to cancel and they just keep sending them. I've contacted an attorney.

I’m sure this product is a good product it just wasn’t for me, when I canceled the subscription that I didn’t know I was set up for I contacted MaryJ and she was very helpful and gave me the help I needed to cancel the subscription she was very kind and helpful not to mention very professional with our emails. Thank you Mary J for your assistance and taking care of it for me , I am grateful for you help and I’m glad you were the one to take care of it

Mickey assisted in finally rectifying my initial order and cancelled the recurring and billing for a second order, which I had written to cancel everything as I had received nothing. He was courteous, through and assisted in correcting all the issues

I never signed up for a subscription, yet was being billed for months for this product. In efforts to cancel through the website, I was looped around the website. The website subscription management section reflected that I had no subscription set up. I ended up calling them and cancelling, but I asked for a cancellation number. Ray said he would send the number in an email. Instead, I got a, "Welcome to Sculptique" email. I called back and was sent an email saying the account was cancelled, but still no cancellation number. Very deceptive, tactics by this company! Do not use them.

I’m a snowbird & had no success canceling my subscription for March before going home to the north. No answers from Sculptique through emails, texts, or messages.
In May, I finally found a phone number that actually connected me to an actual person, Dana.
She was extremely helpful & understanding of my situation. Hopefully the shipping problem has been resolved.
