Mikey cancelled my subscription nearly instantly and refunded me in a quick fashion too. His customer service is the best.

Cheila did a good job, and helped resolve my problem, I would like to say that the manner in which your company does business and these so called subscriptions that are forced upon your customers, are not a positive reflection of your company. The only positive experience with your company was Cheila helping me.

Mickey in cust. svc. was great.

Mickey in customer service listened to my explanation and provided the solution promptly and nicely. I was not expecting such a positive interaction and asked him to send me a link to acknowledge his performance. Well done Mickey.

I ordered a bottle of lithium orotate…

I ordered a bottle of lithium orotate from this company to try. The pills did not help and gave me horrible headaches. Emails and phone calls were ignored for their quaranteed 60 day return!
A few weeks later my credit card was again charged as they had without authorization set me up with an ongoing subscription!
I wish I had done more research before my first order, The subscription fraud seems to be a very common complaint with this company.
BEWARE!

I am very happy with the customer service I received from Sculptique. The customer service agent was friendly and very helpful. I am happy with the outcome. The Sculptique product seems to be working. I am continuing to use it to help with some symptoms related to my kidney functions.

This company has been REFRESHINGLY HONEST!!

I ordered this product (never opened the bottles but opened the mailer), and then realized I could not use the product.

I emailed my request for the promised refund - and they promptly responded and refunded everything!

The full amount!! (no "re-stocking" or any fee at all)

Very, very happy with customer service (all the email agents) AND Maica specifically.
