Subscriptions handled poorly
I was invited by someone from TryPytch to test their platform and was told to try the free version and share feedback.
The billing was extremely unclear from the beginning. Shortly after signing up I was already unsure whether I had been placed on a paid plan or a free one because the platform didn’t make this clear.
Later I discovered that I had been charged £20 per month for three months for a service I wasn’t using (because, frankly, I didn't like it).
When I contacted the company, they replied with a single sentence saying the refund had been issued. However, two weeks later I still haven’t received any refund or confirmation from their billing system.
At this point the experience feels misleading and poorly handled. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this platform double-check everything before signing up.
