Express shipping doesn’t even work

I ordered a gel nail kit with express shipping in january (mind you it should have only taken a couple of business days to arrive). I check over a week later to see it still hasn’t shipped. I requested to cancel my order and they didn’t reply for 3 days, and of course the order begins to ship right after I request to cancel so they responded saying they are unable to cancel at this point. Very slow customer service and inaccurate shipping times. Blew an extra $30 on express shipping that still took almost two weeks to get.

I recently tried out one of Paddie Nails' DIY nail kits, and I was so impressed with how easy it was to use. The kit came with everything I needed, and the instructions were simple to follow, which made the whole experience enjoyable rather then stressful. The quality of the polish was amazing- the colors were bold, modern, and lasted way longer than I expected without chipping. It honestly felt like I had just walked out of a salon. For someone like me who doesn't always have time to book appointments, this is such a game-changer. I'm already planning to order another kit!

I ordered the gel remover and first off it took forever to get to me like over a month and the whole time I am messaging or emailing the lady and she doesn't care one bit that I haven't received my package. I kinds think it was like an automated response over And over. I kept saying I just want a refund and then the stuff doesn't even work its a sham. Scam whatever you want to call it. It was a dang shame too I really was hoping against my better judgements it would work but it didn't. Do not order from these people they are the worst.

Quality product but takes time…

The instructions and how to videos are very helpful and I appreciate that. I think there is a learning curve with poly gel so I am still getting the hang of it, still figuring out how to get the thickness correct and make them look professional. This is a user issue though so I’m pretty happy with my purchase.
Edited one month later: Update, I’ve gotten better and am even more pleased with my purchase!

Do not buy from Paddie - trypaddie.com

I have ordered a starter set before. Received a nice box with the parts in it. My oldest daughter was happy.
We now ordered the starter set again for my youngest daughter. I am SO disappointed! We received an envelope and all parts were just thrown in individually. And the bottle for the slip solution has probably been squeezed in the mail because half of the liquid was on the products, so it was very smelly. it seemed SO cheap and sloppy. My younger daughter, who only wanted this because of her sister, was crying because she had expected a nice package with the things in it, and off course not like this. And I was of course so sad that her Christmas present was such a disaster. The package came from Hong Kong, so obviously just more Chinese c... It is also very difficult to use. I will not recommend for anyone.

This was supposed to be my…

This was supposed to be my granddaughters bigger gift that she wanted, and for $50, the way it came delivered was awful. I’m trying to be as kind as I can but I cried for a whole day because this gift she wanted was all the pieces just thrown in a packing envelope. It was a quart size packing bag, and when I cut the top of the package to open it, the contents fell out…it was not in a box or another package. They were just pieces of what I ordered thrown into a packing bag. I went and bought a box to put the contents in so I had a gift to give her. Terrible marketing, terrible shipping, and if the product doesn’t work for her, it will be returned.

Worst Packaging Ever!!

Hello, I finally received my package either late last night or very early this morning. Not sure where your orders get fulfilled, but this is the WORST packaging I have ever received from a business. It’s a very bad look on your business. I spent $160 Canadian, that’s a lot of money for me to spend on a single gift for my daughter who loves doing nails and wants to learn. All products were just thrown into a packaging bad, 2 boxes inside are all squished, the instructions folder all ripped up. This is very disappointing, will never ever order from your company again. It’s very obvious this was sent from overseas, this is a representation of your company. These are beauty products that will be used on someone. At least have them all inside a box and place that box inside a packing slip. Very unhappy, if there was a way for me you return all this garbage and get my money back, I would. I do appreciate someone getting back to me. As I will gladly send pics. My first time ever ordering from your company and never did I expect a product of this nature would be delivered the way it was. 🙄 - so unprofessional and to top it off unhygienic. 😡

I still haven’t received the product

I still haven’t received the product, despite being told it shipped over 3 weeks ago. No one seems to know where it is (tracking has shown it parked in the same spot for the last two weeks). I’ve asked for a refund, and that request is being ignored as well. Do not purchase.

Incredibly difficult to use. Don't buy, trust me.

Incredibly difficult to use. Tried twice to make it work and used up at least half of the tube of my nail gel trying to get my nails to look like how they did in the tutorial video. Saw the good reviews and wanted to give the starter kit a try. Complete waste of time tbh since it took me almost an hour to completely remove the cured gel from my nail even though instructions say the gel is really easy to peel off ("only takes seconds") after leaving the removal solution for 3-5 minutes. No matter how many times I tried, having followed the tutorials closely, the method of squeezing a dab of polygel onto your nail and pressing the plastic nail shaper thing onto your nail to spread the gel across evenly never came out as clean as they did in the video. Sure, with practice you might be able to achieve professional-looking/satisfactory nails, but that might use up your entire starter kit and a ton of time before you get there. This is really not user-friendly for beginners. Also, when my package came, the slip solution bottle was not shut closed and the solution was quite literally slipping. I will be keeping the UV light since it works well but everything else needs to be better designed for ease of use. Trust me on this one, thanks.

UPDATE ON MY MAY REVIEW

UPDATE ON MY MAY REVIEW—my bank initially gave me a courtesy credit while they waited for Paddie Nails to refund me. They took back this credit when they had exhausted their efforts and had to close the case. I tried appealing this with my bank, but to no avail. Paddie Nails responded to my review and said they refunded my product within 36 hours of getting my package. NOT TRUE!!!! I still have not received a refund from the company and I made a purchase in February/sent back my order package in March. Now they are emailing me trying to get me to take my review down and offering me more of their products as a compensation. I told them I still haven’t gotten my refund and this is an extremely incompetent solution. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM!!!!!
