I am not even going to open it. I want to be able to get a full refund, not 50%. All the real reviews talk about how cheap it is, not a medical device. It was supposed to arrive in 6-10 days, but it took forever, with a Chinese tracking number. And then, I almost didn't receive it at all because once the list office had it in the US, the post office said it was a "counterfeit tracking number" but my local office has their workers just deliver them anyway when they are fake numbers, because they get too many of those each day. :( The case that came with it, that I paid extra for, is junk and not like the pictures. Their customer support says they reply within 24 hours, 7 days per week. But it's been crickets. No one is replying to my return request. I'm guessing they are trying to count down the clock on the 30 days return. Looks like I'll have to try to do a charge back. Never done one of those before. So, all of that.... Not giving an aire of confidence on the product. Not opening.

Ordered over a month ago, and still haven’t received package. Customer service doesn’t seem to helpful to dig into the tracking number to help locate the package! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Customer service is awful. Ordered item February 8, took 5 weeks to receive it only for it to die within 10 minutes. Have been struggling to get a response to how to get a replacement. Finally got a response on March 31st that “since it was used” they could offer a replacement or half my money back. I replied back for a replacement and haven’t heard a thing back to date. Very disappointed! Would not recommend!

I did not receive the product I ordered. I ordered the 4 in 1 pro but received a knock off of the plain item. It was not in a Kinsa box and did not have the extra features of the pro model. I sent an email to customer service but have not received a response

Received an extremely cheap sex toy. Which malfunctioned and overheated within two minutes of testing also covering separated.

Never got the product. Sent email but no answer. Post office said package had counterfeit postage.

pelvic floor feels incredible after a few weeks of using this. like really incredible. not exaggerating

mixed feelings on this one. the design is beautiful and quality of the product is genuinely good which i appreciate. and pelvic floor feels stronger which is exactly what i wanted. but shipping was slower then i thought and the packaging was a bit beat up when it arrived. support was responsive when i reached out so that was a plus. the product itself is amazing but the experiance getting it couldve been better

My pelvic floor feels so much stronger and the pleasure is insane. only reason its not 5 stars is shipping took a tiny bit longer then i hoped

Their return policy is a lie!
They will not honor refund.
They will not reply to emails or phone calls!

Paid for a Kinsa Pro with lube because an over 50 woman with leaking issues isn’t lubed naturally, and got some unbranded garbage with no lube. I haven’t even used it because ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! No response from customer service AT ALL!

For one, I fully charged it, turned it on, 10 mins later it shuts off and now will not charge. Two I paid $89.95 for the lub and reservoir that I did not get. Three, very flimsy charging connection.

Wish I had checked Trust pilot. It took forever to arrive, looks cheap and is loud. And on top of that, it vibrates too hard and the geometry is not correct for a woman’s body. They said no refund unless I send them a picture and a video of the device! I’m not emailing that and having my data associated with it! Don’t waste your time or money.

A complete scam. All of the products are misadvertised and they refuse to refund my order even thought their policy stated that they would refund for any reason within 30 days.

Would give a zero if I could. Charged and lights on but nothing happening! Tried to email to request refund/replacement and the email bounced back. Took ages to come. Looks embarrassingly cheap and nasty and just wish I’d read all the reviews! Don’t know how the rating is higher than 1 - given you can’t give a 0!!

Product took weeks to arrive,When it finally did it didn't work! Tried charging,It switched on but was very noisy stopped working almost immediatley,Contacted customer services,After many back & forth staggered messages I was offered a 50% refund,Which never materialised.Very poor!!Would not recommend at all

The order took a long time providing tracking information, then when it finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The unit is very loud and stops working suddenly. I was in touch with a woman, Hellen, who asked for a video. I sent the video as requested and haven't heard back. Have spent most of March trying to resolve this. Poor quality device, poor customer service.

It’s been a week since I ordered, and my Shop app still says awaiting information about the delivery. Now I am seeing such bad reviews, I wish I had looked first instead of ordering already. Well, I also sent a message on their website site and no response. Not surprising. Definitely a scam. Why is it all over Facebook? Facebook should be responsible for this in a way, advertising scams.
