SCAM ALERT! False Advertising. Do not give your info.

Site is super clean, good card featurs, the team is extremely helpful. Really great so far.

It was really easy for me to pull up the card, and to just tap it, and then the check mark pops up.

Our company approve for $2,500. We have used it twice.. And pay of course paid in full twice. keep sometimes declining at no reason...we check it online we are paid in full and 0 balances. We call customer service on the card no one is available to fix the issue. We are excited to the keep physical card for the first time and the card is nice with black and gild but declined...😆. Company debit is better than using KEEP Masterd card🤣.

Waste of time don't bother they will offer you low amounts stick with the bank

My card is $37,500 limit with Royal Bank. I have other cards with limit $10,000 - $18,000.

Keep approved me $400 and try to set up zoom meeting.

Interested rate is 3% a month. 36% annual.

It was a joke. I told them keep their card and stop wasting people time. Maybe that is why they advertise it will NOT affect your credit score.

They tell you to connect your business banking so they can check. Seriously? I denied and just send them pdf statements.

Sounds very fishy and unprofessional. DO more research before you trust them.

This has been the most difficult company to work with since opening my company . Not only does it take the exact same time if not longer for any information or feedback there are 45 different hoops you have to jump through to make no progress.

I have no idea if they can approve for more than a traditional bank as we have not ever had the difficulties with traditional banking as we have had with this company.

You can’t talk to anyone or get anywhere and those you do talk to have no answers …..it’s bell in a credit card

I went to them because my conventional bank would only give me a $22,000 limit even though we spend $80,000-90,000 a month on the CC. Our business does $ 4 mil in annual sales and in the end Keep only gave us a $25,000 limit. So, in the end they don't give much more than conventional banks. False advertising for sure.

Great experience. Got approved for $4,000 right away. Fees are high if you don't pay balance in full each month, but the most flexible card I have ever used. Only thing I would suggest is that they have a better points system

Malheureusement, Cela semble réellement être une entreprise de saisie de données. Nous avons postulé et dès que l’étape de saisie de donnée complété il notifie une page d’erreur indiquant que c’est une erreur de l’utilisateur. Malheureusement si c’est un problème technique il viennent assurément de perdre un client fiable et bien implanté dans le secteur de l’immobilier!

Personnellement, je ne recommande pas de saisir vos informations.

Definitely Scam,
I applied and they got all my info and my company information, then they sent me email that we don’t accept you application at this time because your account doesn’t have enough funds and other factors such as NSF, none of their business, and by business didn’t have any NSF in past 3 years, so why they advertise they approve all businesses with 4 times higher limit. Be a way from Keep team, they are scam. They are total scam.

Saw their ad on instagram 100 times stating “we give your company more credit limit than other banks”. Applied and got approved, and then they setup an on-boarding call. They asked how much cc limit do you want, the max I said. The young rep said $2k limit. I laughed cause got $30k limit from Amex and $20k from another bank already. Anywho, don’t honour what they claim on their advertisement. I consider their ads pretty misleading and rather not to deal with such a company.

This company is based globally by remote workers, but focused on helping canadian small and mid sized business owners by streamlining the process to secure lending. I saw the ads on Instagram and as a small business owner myself I thought it couldn't hurt to try it out. Afterall, there are no hard inquiries lowering your credit score which is a huge plus. I applied and did hear back quickly as their promise entails, under 72 hours! It's true they are faster with processing than banks and do not ask for your personal credit report but rather your business financial report. This makes sense to me. I submitted my documents, business proof of existence paperwork and banking statements for last 6 months. I was a bit wary of sending my info however, I decided to take a chance and trust the process. Although at first it appeared some of the negative reviews were coming true, example, you get approved and then an email comes next day saying it was a false approval due to their system error. This did happen to me. And then a booking for a zoom call and they don't show up, this also happened to me! I wrote a negative review as I was quite disappointed and felt a fool for falling for it however, I also wrote a letter to the company. Turns out it was their error, I was in fact approved and Molly personally took care of me from there. We had a zoom call and she apologized perfusely. She handled all of my concerns and made it right. After all of this I do believe in the KEEPs vision and mission although they are experiencing some growing pains. In the end they were accountable for their actions, showed remorse and took care of me properly. I am now a client and have yet to a actually use my card but am looking forward to having their support in my business. I have not yet received a real card in the mail but I did have access to a virtual card immediately. It's great to get you through the month but I would caution against carrying a balance into the following month as the interest rates are quite steep! Proceed with caution.

Approval process was quick and customer sevice has been outstanding.

Team at Keep how's it going above and beyond. Not only is it a far superior platform and user experience, it's an absolute game changer for credit and capital.

And you'd think that with fintech, client service and support would drop. Instead I found the exact opposite. Speaking with real people and getting real support is easier than anything I've ever experienced.
