Sachets with best before date falling mid July. I only just received the order.

I have ordered a months worth of meal replacements. The banana porridge, cappuccino shake, strawberry shake and chocolate shake.
All of the boxes of the strawberry and chocolate shakes have a best before date which falls during the month of my diet. Why I am I being sent expensive sachets half of which, of these flavours will be out of date midway through my month.
Please send me some replacements which are in date

I bought the taster box so I could try…

I bought the taster box so I could try the different products to see which ones I liked. Good value and speedy delivery. Purchased for days I do not feel like eating due to illness, however 4 of the meals had a really short expiry date ( a few weeks ) so because of this I wouldn't purchase again

I used Habitual for 3 months while on a…

I used Habitual for 3 months while on a NHS diabetic diet, not only did I lose weight but more importantly my blood sugar dropped out of the diabetic range, whilst the choices may be limited against other companies, it works and that is good enough for me, stick with your plan and you will reap the success that Habitual gives.

Missing order

when i first started this journey they…

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from Habitual. My parcel was unfortunately returned by Royal Mail, but the team resolved the issue quickly and arranged a re-delivery without any hassle.
