Never received order and no reply from customer service
I placed a order for €70 in October. Till today i have'nt received my order. Have mailed the company, but they dont respond to my emails since more than a month. Also did they changed my contact details so when i try to log in to track my sending or reclaim the system wont let me log in, because you need the right details that where supposedly used to place the order. Its an the biggest SCAM EVER!!!

Order 4056. When I ordered it said 3-4 work days, its been 3 weeks!
They say I will receive my package but when I track they cant even see anything because its been so long since they received my order.
I wrote to them several times and no help! I want a refund!

Sinds 26mei bestelling gedaan
Sinds 26mei bestelling gedaan. Nog steeds niet ontvangen de levertijd was binne 5a7 dagen maar als ik kijk naar waar mijn pakket is staat er het terug naar verzender is gezonden. Ik heb hier nooit mn pakket ontvangen dus waarom is mn pakket terug gezonden. Als je naar het mail adres stuurt antwoorden ze in het engels terug en op de site is het nederlands. Maar sinds ik las mn pakket terug gezonde is krijg ik niks meer van antwoord....ik heb via klarna besteld en weet ook nie hoe ik dat allemaal moet oplossen kwa betaling...dus ik raad iedereen aan laat u niet vange zoals ik op tiktok en op de site te gaan bestellen!!! Oplichters!!
