Product didn't fit, emailed 3 times and got no response for returns.

This 'company' has the audacity to dispute my dispute after I received a bank refund for 4 products they never delivered. Unethical! And the bank is investigating it. Insane! Whomever runs this scam is still at large.

I was charged $80 and never received my items. There’s no way to contact anyone - at least that is effective. Their website is down now and I will likely never get my money back or the products.

I ordered the leak proof underwear on July 29, 2025. They took $64.90 out my account. They didn't send a comformation #. I can't get in touch with them with the number they give, it's always busy. Is that company a SCAM ? I think so. I will be reporting them.
to FTC. They Need to get in touch with me ASAP. I'm Very upset about this.

It took over 3 weeks for the product to even be shipped. It doenst fit and I've been trying for another 3 weeks just to get someone to get back to me on how to return or exchange. They take your money and run. You should run away before buying from here.

Would give them less than zero if I could. Never delivered product. Sent numerous emails to their “customer service”. Told they were expediting shipment. All Bullsh*t. Finally contacted bank and disputed charge. Got my money back. Do not fall for this scam.

It’s a big scam, don’t fall for it. They take your money and never deliver your product. There is nothing called customer service from them. You keep following up and there’s no response.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Same as other comments - goods "in transit" but never arrived. Not a single reply from multiple emails sent to the supplier. Request for updates ignored. Request for refund ignored. I also checked reviews prior to purchase and these seemed OK - but have now all vanished. Absolutely do not trust!

Order was made 6/9/25. Item was very delayed in shipping. After finally getting an answer to my email on 6/27/25 they admitted to the delay. When item finally arrived it did not fit. Company says you have to email them in order to return. I have emailed twice with no response. Due to the delay in shipping and no response for return, I have passed the return date from first ordered. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY…EMPOWERWEAR

Same exact problem. Something isn't right.

Placed order on July 29, 2025. Received tracking number showing "order received" same date.
Then next day (July 30) tracking showing "In Transit."

Today, August 14, I looked up the tracking number on another tracking website (the one EmpowerWear listed seems useless)--the tracking on this other website indicates "in transit" for 16 days.

It was supposed to arrive between 4 to 8 business days...

No response to emails. Looked legit when I decided to order. Now the reviews I looked at seem to have vanished.

Scam company. Ordered, received tracking number which never moved, checked with the shipping company who confirmed they had not actually received the package, e-mails bounce back from the company. Have reported to my bank who have refunded me but would 100% not buy anything from this company!

Same thing - Complete Scam, ordered about a month ago, received a tracking number however shipment has not moved since then. I've followed up with customer service, no reply to the first email and now the emails have started bouncing back. I have reported them on social media platforms

Same thing as everyone else is saying. Placed an order in July. Have tried contacting them multiple times to ask where it is. Nothing. No reply. Scam. Wish I’d read these reviews first.

100% a scam.

I ordered almost a month ago. My experience is the same as others. I received tracking information and reached out because the package isn’t moving. Initial apology email about international shipping/customs clearance, etc.

I initially saw ads for this on social media. Read the comments, seemed legitimate. Now, I cannot find a single ad for this product on any social media platform.

Now no response to my email requests to cancel/refund. Check your bank statements, too. In addition to the initial charge for my purchase, I received a charge several days later for “International Service Assessment Fee” from the same company.

This is 100% a scam. I ordered two months ago and my Shop app still says it's in transit.
Never received a tracking number.
Reached out to the company and no word.

Ordered in the beginning of July. Received a tracking number but no progress since. The items don't appear to be in transit. Reached out via email and the online contact form several times with no reply. Calling the customer support number results in busy signal every time. Total scam or the worst customer service on the planet.

Almost a month since I ordered and still no product and no shipping info. They responded apologetically two weeks ago claiming the item was on the way but still nothing. They advertise 3-6 day domestic shipping but told me this is an international package. I don’t know from where it’s coming. They have not responded to my latest request for an update and request to cancel and refund my order. Update - I finally received the order one month later. Cheap product. Poor fit and now zero response to multiple requests to return the product. Do not purchase from this company.

Beware of this company! Great advertising, and I even researched if it was a scam with somewhat mixed results. I ordered clothing from them 3 weeks ago and was sent a shipping link that shows no progress at all. Now my original order link has expired. They did respond to me once and say it's international shipping and can be delayed, but I've seen no progress. Watch out for this company and don't order for them.
