Bookmate was a great help in preparing for tax season in an affordable way. One of their representatives was running late due to technical issues, but they took the initiative to reschedule and make sure our company's needs were met. My only suggestion is that the representative could have been more considerate in their follow-up email asking for revising the review. It would be more appropriate to request the updated review once the tax return is complete, rather than before the payment has been made and the return is still pending.

I had an issue with one person not responding to my emails but Cam LaChance helped me out and guided me on whats going on with my fillings. Recommended!!

We're satisfied with the bookmate service, it is easy and simple to use, everything is done online. However, we had a small issue that one of the important emails landed in their spam box so the filing process was delayed some days, but solved eventually.

I've filed my taxes with them and they were responsive everytime. I recommend Bookmate.
