This company should be banned from selling their products anywhere....their customer service is non existent and once they have your money you will never get a response or refund.....they sell you one product and once you pay, they tell you that one doesn't really work, for another $150 U.S. you can buy the one that really works....try canceling immediately within 5 minutes of buying the bad one and you get the run around for 2 days, then it's were sorry for the problem but we can't cancel, it's been shipped allready......but of course......next, you will never get your guaranteed refund or response until, we're sorry the 90 day warranty has expired....buyer beware immediately...

I ordered this massager without talking with my doctor. After visiting with my neurosurgeon, I was informed that this massager will do more harm than good! I refused this massager when it came in. I have yet to receive my refund!!! I called and only got hung up on. I emailed Calvin and I have yet to receive a response! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I received the product the end of February. I used about 7 times. The product stop charging after 3 months. I paid 250.00 it worked perfect but when It quit I was out of luck ,I have no recourse they DO NOT stand behind their product after 3 months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, OTHERS SAID THEIRS BROKE DOWN AFTER 3 MONTHS. THEY do not care, they rip people off and walk away.

Mia's review does not say if product worked. Only rated as 1. Was this only for "no customer service"? Did she return product?

Expensive products. No customer service. Product does not perform to the levels of which they claim. So does that answer whether I thought the piece of junk worked?!
