Absolute rubbish doesnt work . Tried fir 3 weeks and never stopped my snoring . They wont give me a regund . Told me that l needed to giveit longer to wotk . Fibr weeks and still no difference . They wont refund me at all for my purchase.

I purchased 2 of these on special offer, thinking they would be good based upon what I can only assume now are fake reviews. Poor quality, flimsy, and do not and I don't believe ever would stop snoring.
I use anti snoring devices (somnoguards) nightly and decided to give this one a go. Never again. Do not buy.
I have contacted them for a refund and been told they don't do refunds, I am considering going through the small claims court for loss of money, and time wasted on this product.

Scam. Ordered in August. Got order number. Payment was processed. Its now mid Oct. No tracking number. No response from support via email or Facebook.

Utter poop. If you read the reviews here now, and still buy the product, you can't complain. Like the first adapters, we were conned by slick marketing, and dishonest reviews. It's not a fortune, but it's the principle, it's shockingly bad. The real ones that work are big, lock your jaw in place, and are uncomfortable, these knew that so hooked people in with the soft feel idea, it's laughable how cheap and not fit for purpose this is, avoid if you don't want to waste money.

doesn't fit well, AT ALL.my jaw is literally dislocating after my first night,hard to eat breakfast after a single night.

worst night of sleep i ever had , i'd rather die of my apnea than using it another day.

i had the worst dry mouth experience ever , and when sleeping on the side it was a waterfall of saliva.

Total scam. Cheap chinese rubbery thing that falls out of your mouth. Fake reviews very clever marketing and refuse to give refunds. DO NOT BUY.

Useless piece of rubbish - it doesn’t fit, delivery was late, it’s uncomfortable, overpriced and… most importantly it doesn’t work!

As everyone has said I wish I had looked at all this and not just the ones on the site, as they are all false, the upright bits that keep your bottom jaw out are useless, I tried it for just 1 terrible night! again a scam company that sends automated messages back, stay well clear!
I even purchased the lifetime guarantee what a waste of money

The Soothie claim to be London based company and state on the packaging that their snore guard is made in the UK.

But if you try to return it (even unopened), you will be given an address in China and told to cover the expenses.

I wish I had checked out the reviews prior to ordering, however, as a chronic snorer I was hoping this would work and give my partner some peace.
I just recieved a confirmation of shipping and it states my order will arrive between 05-04-2022 and 06-04-2022!! 2022, this is 2 years out of date and them some. See below actual cut and paste from the form!!

Like all the other reviewers, I am going through the return process as it just does not work. I had the usual emails from "Bella" and have now asked for a refund as a gesture of goodwill due to their misleading advert ("money back guarantee", "risk-free"). I have also asked my credit card company for a chargeback as they are refusing to refund, but you have to try the product before you know if it works.

Do not buy this product. It is a scam. It is a cheap peice of plastic that doesn't work. They will not refund your money. If you do buy this product and want a refund, don't waste your time writing to Bella. This is a Chinese company under a UK umbrella . Facebook should not let them advertise. I will never trust a Facebook advert again

This product is not made in the uk. I tried to return mine after reading on the box that it wasn’t suitable for my condition. It’s made in China and I’m battling now for a refund. I have been offered 20% then 30%. These people are taking advantage of the vulnerable.

Like many people here I wish I read the reviews before buying, piece of garbage this is, it is too big and keeps falling out and also discovered they delete negative reviews from their platform.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this complete and utter waste of money . The plastic mouthpiece isn’t strong enough to hold the jaw in place and it falls out overnight anyway. Junk, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This really doesn't work. It's far too big. One night it came loose and somehow slipped into my mouth - potentially causing a choking hazard.

I've contacted customer services but they simply do not care. They won't refund under any circumstances. They also delete messages from their social media accounts if you're critical of the product.
