Ordered a bike helmet which was is really great. Can’t wait to get back on the bike now. Would have been a 5 star but they missed the delivery slot so I had to wait at home for them to arrive.

Really love this company and the products they offer. They deliver on time everytime and the price point of the products are cheaper than any other website. I recommend them to all my friends as they also offer a referral scheme for points.

I was really excited to get this poster, but the colors were much different than they looked online. When I called up to complain, they immediately refunded me AND sent a new poster using next day delivery. Love it!

Trustpilot demo has the best prices I’ve been able to find anywhere - even lower than some refurbished items by other sellers. I don’t shop for widgets anywhere else these days. The only reason I’m not giving them 5, is because the shopping cart has a bug that deletes your last item if you type in the wrong coupon code.

Really good customer service - Steve was really helpful, however the delivery was poor as the product arrived a little late.

Implementation was fairly simple but response times on support questions tended to take a while. I would still recommend the service and once you get someone on the phone, they’re very helpful.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size football boots for my son, and realized what I had done about 5 minutes after completing my order. I called the customer service number on site and the lady was so helpful, and understanding of my silly mistake. She amended the order straight away, and the correct boots arrived the very next day. Brilliant service, will definitely use again!
