Working with ToT has greatly improved my way of working with individuals who need my support. I greatly love the support and the service ToT provides not only to staff but mostly care recipients.
I have no words to thank ToT for great service they provide to care recipients.

I think trustontap is great there is always someone on the end of the phone to talk to for advice also the training they provide is amazing I’m so happy I joined I was nervous to go self employed but they have help make the transition run smoothly

Beware the skills the carers have on their profiles are not true. Many are inexperienced and untrained. Carers are unreliable giving less than 24 hours notice that they do not wish to come-not due to illness or family emergency, just that they have "other things to do". You agree times that the carers will come and they then turn up when they wish to. The agency washes their hands of you once they have introduced you to a carer, if the carer breaks their contract they don't want to know. In reply to the double handling issue his NHS carers and occupational therapists review two weeks ago did not state the need for double handling. This was the view of one untrained carer who tried to get my father to transfer to a wheelchair that did not have the wheels locked and seemed unaware that they should be. Luckily I was there at the time to grab the chair otherwise there could have been an accident. We did luck out on 2 carers introduced to us who both had to stop caring for for my father due to family commitments giving appropriate notice in one case after caring for my relative for some months. The others sadly were great at cooking and chatting but were not trained to provide personal care, even though it was listed on their profiles.

So far, so good- indeed very good. Staff have been considerate, flexible and helpful in responding to changing circumstances.

Simply put, Trust on Tap are straight forward easy to deal with incredibly friendly and reliable

My carer, Aaina, is diligent, thorough, very friendly and thoughtful. She does all I could ask of her, and more. It is a pleasure having her in the house and she has transformed our lives at this difficult post surgery time. Her cooking skills are excellent.

Trust on tap were great at listening to the care needs of my Dad and supporting for me. They were thoughtful, kind and effective in finding just what I needed.

Huma has been one of the best things to enter our lives. That may sound over the top but she is absolutely brilliant. The words 'thank you' never seem to be enough.

The carer was reliable, reassuring and friendly and kept in touch if she encountered any problems.

My mother received the most amazing care from Tara. She provided thoughtful, personal, supportive care which felt more like a caring friend than a professional service. She did everything to make our mum's life varied and interesting when possible, and helped out with daily tasks with warmth and enthusiasm. We totally trusted her with our mum and are forever grateful for making the last few months of our mum's life so comfortable and happy.

So reliable, always has your health and safety first.

The benefits of working with this company is the consideration and respect for staff. My experience has been amazing with all the support I always receive. Some examples of this is reassurance from the company to check on my mental wellbeing. This makes me feel wanted and safe as I know I am looked after during hard times.
