Thorough. Really enjoyed the home owner tips that were not in the scope of the inspection.

The home inspection was thorough, the report was easy to read, and I like that they gave options to choose additional reports that might be important to a home buyer. You can also use the report to convert to a checklist to the Seller for repairs and blue tape items. I did watch the video, which gave helpful tips and information. The staff was very pleasant to work with.

Nick and Aaron were thorough and informative. Super nice people as well! Would definitely recommend them for any new homebuyers!

Peter was very thorough, yet efficient. In only a couple of hours he inspected and reported on even the smallest of issues. His written report was thorough and included photos of every element he inspected. He also spent time with us, going over his findings and recommendations, and even texted us later to see if we had any additional questions. Best of all he offered advice, opinions, and solutions.
