I was a fool and ordered a $50 drone which ended up with extra charges for a total of $172. That was not enough they changed to US $235 Canadian. OK, So, the product was a piece of junk and with some back and forth online they promised me a refund of $71. I accepted on a promise of 10-12) days.
Then upon checking my card I saw they had more charges pending. I canceled my credit card and hope that's the end. STAY AWAY!!!

This company Trustlifestylesh is a scam
I ordered 2 of the power savers and the charged for those and 24.99 for a charger to charge them
I got a fraud alert call from my bank saying it was a scam but since I ordered them I would have to get my $ from them but they didn't get the 24.99 for the charger it was refunded by the bank
PLEASE don't fall for the scam . If we could save 50 percent on our electricity from purchasing this item don't you think everybody would have 1 or several depending on the square footage of your home. Of course they would
I had to block my debit card and I called them for a refund on their junky piece of nothing and the guy said I would have my refund in less than 30 mins ..well I still don't have it and now Customer service is not picking up the phones.
You get thank you for calling a customer service rep will be right with you and in 2 minutes it says this call has ended
Please spread the word that this is a SCAM and you'll lose you $
Please don't fall for any of their other 25 or so items they have listed to purchase

I try not to use my credit card, unless it’s an emergency, so tonight I decided to take a look at my statement. Needless to say I was not happy when I saw that my credit card had been billed $24.99 every month since January. I have never heard of this company much less order anything from them. After reading all the bad reviews I realized that this is the epitome of a scam. Would love to know how they got my credit card information. My question is, how do companies like this get away with these deceptive practices? I am very angry and tomorrow morning someone at their customer support, will be getting an ear full from me. That is, if they answer!!

This is a scam company, who is selling bad cheap stuff from China, and if you willing return it, they will tell you a story about expensive shipping to china ( not to California), then they will offer you to keep their garbage and receive a just a little portion of your money. Don’t ever use them

I bought 2 good quality dash cams from this site and they sent me 2 cheap made in china very low quality cameras.
I don’t recommend this site to my enemies, never mind friends.
Those cameras cost me $170 Canadian

Bought two Drones from them . they lied extensively in their Ad, said it had features it clearly did not. they were 19 dollar toys that they charged me 70 dollars apiece for.

*Warning* Cheap China made crap! You can buy the same items from direct China websites for literally all it’s worth..3.00. Trustlifestyleshop.com charged me 20xs more for the exact same item. It’s a shame how these scammers just keep running off with our money, delivering garbage products to our door. The electronic item I purchased worked literally for less than a few weeks.
People no matter what you purchase on line today, please look up the company’s credentials 1st thing. Don’t fall for it, even if it’s listed as a best gadget to own.

Total scam. They take your money and don't deliver. They also don't respond to emails sent to customer service.

I bought one single product then they mailed me a bundle and charged me extra fee and didn’t tell me. Also, they charged 34.99dollar for the subscription, but I didn’t do any subscription from them. What can I say! They are freaking scammers and scam company!! Don’t trust them, what is a funny company name they have lmao!!!

Never received product ordered, price came up on credit card for more than I okayed. No communication available with site. Called my credit card company to stop payment..

I absolutely hate doing business with companies like this one. Do not trust them, despite what the name of the company may be! I went online and ordered two Wi-Fi repeaters. Then, after the repeaters had already arrived at my home, company charged me a monthly membership fee allowing me to have five free items my choice. This may all sound good but the timing is problematic. Why didn't they tell me this when I ordered the two items, which would have been covered plus more by the membership fee? I will say that the representative on the phone refunded my membership fee but they should never have acted this way in the first place. It is dishonest and deceitful.

I ordered an Ion Pure Air Genie from this company. As it turns out this item is nothing but a glorified night light. Useless! And to top it off trust lifestyle shop charge me another $24.99 a month after the original charge. This charge is being disputed. I think the whole thing is a scam

My husband bought me a smart watch and 3 replacement bands for Christmas. He charged the watch and it never turned on. He called customer service who convinced my husband to keep the watch and they would send a new one. We received the new one which works about 1/2. It didn't track my sleep every day even though I wore the watch to bed. Every other day the battery was dead, so I had to charge it. Last night I plugged it in overnight and the watch would not turn on. I called the customer service line today and told Oscar I was returning both watches the one that never worked and the replacement they sent. He tried to convince me to keep the watch and he would help me to get it going. The watch would not even turn on so how could he possibly help me. Funny thing was they never asked us to return the first watch that didn't work. I insisted I was returning everything back and wanted a credit. On our original call he stated it was a 30-day money back return. Today I was told it was a 90-day money back return. He said there was a 15% restocking fees and I would have to pay for it to be shipped back. He then offered me a credit of 28.72 and told me I would not have to return the watches. This credit was 1/2 of the purchase price. He said this way I could keep the watch and not have to pay to return it. What good is 2 watches that don't work. I finally agreed to take the credit because with the restock fee and my charge for shipping it back it wasn't worth it. I received the credit back on our card that day. I will not be ordering from this place and will inform my husband to start researching these companies before placing an order. I see they were reported to the BBB.

I'm right there with everyone else. I got plug in's that are to reduce my power bill. It would be funny if it wasn't so stupid. Then I started getting billed monthy. I have no idea what for. I called got voice mail, I asked to cancel whatever the were billing me for. I had to dispute it on my card and block them from billing my account.

I ordered an Ion Pure air genie. What a rip off. It is nothing but a hunk of plastic with a blue light. Lesson learned,,,,never order anything I see advertised on Facebook. Basically, I paid right at $50 for a night light.

I purchased two sets of Inductivv head phones and several other items on Nov. 4, 2023 for Christmas presents. The gifts were opened on Dec. 25, 2023. Unfortunately, one of the the Indictivv head sets quit working on Jan. 12, 2024. I called the company and informed them of the issue, to which they replied it's too bad but they can't do anything about this because it's past 30 days from the purchase date. To which I responded that the item had not been opened until Dec. 25 which makes that only 18 days as it was a gift for Christmas! First representative Eric said he'll send my issue up the ladder and someone will call me back in 24 hours. The next day, I called back and had this very same conversation with Nathan. After much anger on my part and refusal to accept their "no can do" response, he determined to give me my money back for all items I had purchased! He was true to his word and I recieved the money back on my card, much to my surprise! So honorable they are, but you have to fight for what is right. As for the other head phones and products, it's a wait and see if they last.

I did NOT make any purchases from this FRAUDULENT SCAM "operation, and I have reportedf them to our state fraud department.

They sold me a product that did not work and then argued with me about refunding my money. Said it would be a 15% restocking charge. They finally refunded but it was not the full amount. What a sham this place is, they are ripping you off for restock fees, when there products do not work.

This company charged my credit card (3) time for total of $91.54 for something I did NOT order. When I called about this, the customer service person talked with such an accent, Icould not understand WHAT he said. I told him I DID NOT make this order,and to refund my money back to my charge acct.
His response was that the order went out ( last week).. and it would take 3 months to refund my money...in the meantime, I have NOT received anything in the mail,I told him if I did, it would be returned unopened.will contact my bank and let them know this is a SCAM!

The alpha heater had a defective plug, and it kept coming out of the wall. We weren’t able to get a replacement or refund.
