I live in a converted house
I live in a converted house, which has 6 apartments. We needed replacement stair and landing carpet, so contacted Goods Carpets of Kings Heath, Birmingham. Over 2 days William and his helper removed the old and replaced with the chosen new one. They were polite, hardworking and professional - I couldn’t have asked for better!

Where do i start.....Beth Foston was fantastic, calm cool and collective, the whole process was smooth and very clear on what is expected of our company, we are proud to have the WHICH logo on our website etc.....as for the cost per month HA HA pennies compared to what you get back, thank you Beth & the team @ WHICH.

⭐☆☆☆☆ “Which? Consumer Champion?” – A Complete Disgrace and Utter Hypocrisy
I once believed Which? Trusted Traders stood for fairness, honesty, and consumer protection. What a joke. This organisation has proven to be a disgrace to its own name — taking people’s money, ignoring basic decency, and behaving like the very cowboys they claim to protect consumers from.
For weeks, they’ve hounded and harassed me to change documents that official authorities have confirmed are perfectly valid. Their relentless badgering shows a total lack of knowledge, empathy, or professionalism.
I repeatedly explained that my wife was under the care of a neurosurgeon after being rushed to hospital with a serious brain condition. You’d think any decent organisation would show compassion and back off. Not Which?. They bombarded me with emails and calls, showing zero humanity.
Then came the most disgusting part. On Friday 17th October, while my wife was in theatre undergoing brain surgery, they called again. I cut them off to focus on my family — and their response? To take our next Direct Debit payment and remove our listing without a word of decency or understanding.
That’s not the action of a trusted consumer body — that’s the behaviour of a cold, money-grabbing, heartless operation. They hide behind the “consumer champion” label, but behind the scenes, they treat real people with contempt.
Their actions are cruel, unethical, and shameful. It’s crystal clear they care about nothing but money. People mean nothing to them — you’re just a number in their system.
Over the past year, I’ve watched several other reputable local businesses walk away from Which? Trusted Traders, and now I completely understand why. Their integrity is rotting from the inside out.
If you value compassion, honesty, or professionalism — stay well away. Which? Trusted Traders is nothing more than a disgusting, hypocritical cash machine, hiding behind a shiny badge of “trust” they no longer deserve.

We’re truly sorry to read about your experience and deeply saddened to hear about your wife’s health challenges, we sincerely wish her a full recovery.
We’d like to clarify that we only suspended your account as we didn’t receive the correct documentation within the required timeframe, as per our endorsed Traders contracts. As a consumer protection scheme, we’re obliged to ensure all traders have valid and up-to-date information. Without this, keeping the account active would pose a risk to consumers and potentially your own company.
We fully understand that this coincided with an incredibly difficult personal time, and are genuinely sorry for the added stress this caused.
We have reached out privately to discuss this matter further and to see whether there is any way we can offer support or clarification. We value feedback from every Trader, and as our intention was not to be unsympathetic, we’ll take this as a learning opportunity to ensure we handle similar situations with greater care and compassion in future.
Molly made the who process a breeze!
Molly was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole application! Everything was explained clearly with regular check-ins. Couldn't recommend more.

Great application Servuce
Great application Servuce, just goes to show how much tradesmen and women are vested to be which trusted trader. It wasn’t easy to get vetted but I was well workaholic it. First class service and 100% there if you need them. Would highly recommend becoming a which trusted trader.

Which? Trusted Traders has been an exceptional platform for an established small business such as ourselves.
