Odd isn’t it that when you give a review that shows this company is only out for profit, just appeared during Covid your review gets taken down and yet in 2 years they are gone!

Started sending in plastic rather than…
Started sending in plastic rather than cardboard boxes. Disappointing. The masks are good but packaging needs improvement, no need to have changed it.

Still not delivered after 3 weeks
Still not delivered after 3 weeks. Ordered a pack of (in stock) 20 lateral flow tests 24th April, but these have still not been delivered as of 9th May and I have not received any messages to tell me there is a delay. I have called 3 times, left messages and nobody has come back to me despite a verbal promise from the receptionist that someone would. This will be the first and last time I use this company, I will get my money back from them/the bank.

Ordered not received after 10 days & no explanation.
Ordered on the 14th April, confirmation said 1 or 2 working days. Still not received by the 23rd April and no email to explain what has happened. This is the first time they have let us down.
