Trust Wallet interssiert sich weder für seine Kunde noch was im Namen des unternehmens an Betrug durchgeführt wird.
Im Namen und mit der Duldung von Trust Wallet habe ich ca. 6.000 € verloren.
Ein Kontakt mit TW ist nicht möglich, man wird immer auf die Support Seite verwiesen, dort erhält man keine Hilfe, nur arrogante Antworten von einem BOT.
Kundenbelange sind uninteressant, solange man sie um ihr Geld betrügen kann.

Dňa 06.08.2025, 11:31:23 som spravil výmenu 200€ z Advanced Cash na 225,55 USDT na adresu 0xfbA89101201ff7CA4DbeDE29708BF94AaA50589C (Trust Wallet).
Výmenu som realizoval cez f-change.biz.
Prišlo mi potvrdenie č. 3218270 o tom, že transakcia prebehla úspešne, ale peniaze na danú adresu neprišli.
Z Advanced Cash mi bolo odpísané 200€ a na 0xfbA89101201ff7CA4DbeDE29708BF94AaA50589C v Trust Wallet mi nič nepribudlo.
Písal som na support f-change. Odpísali mi, že žiadosť bola úspešne dokončená.
Poslal som e-mail aj na Trust Wallet. V odpovedi ma odkázali na Centrum pomoci. Centrum pomoci je automatizovaná stránka kde vám odpovedá robot. Zasa som sa nič nedozvedel.
Všetci tvrdia, že je všetko v poriadku. Má to iba jednu malú chybu. Peniaze na môj účet neprišli.
Kde sú moje peniaze?
Napravte to, prosím.

Someoone has made unauthorised transaction from my Trust Wallet (I don't trust anymore)

I made a putchase of bittcoin on the trust wallet platform through the metchant moonpay. My purchase wss fir tge amount of 305.00 to be tranfered to a friends wallet. I initieated the.transfer but instead of sending it to the i enterred through copy and paste and i did check the address twice it was sent to sone unkniwn address and instead of sending it as one transaction it was brojen diwn into 3 smaller transactions sent to the same u kniwn wallet. Zi contacted customet service theu wrre of no help at all. Now ive been buying crypto fir 2vyrs now and i always doubke check the transfer addresses of the intended destination never had a probkenm until now! Truely feel rioed off!

I’ve had $1,497.03 USDT frozen in Trust Wallet since Feb 15. Transaction stuck on “confirming” for over a month. I submitted a support ticket March 10 with docs. It was opened — but no reply.

I even sent a formal escalation to their CEO — still no response.

This is affecting me financially. I've filed complaints with CFPB, FTC, and FIU (Estonia) and wanted to warn others. If you're thinking of using Trust Wallet, beware — if something goes wrong, it seems there’s zero accountability.

This wallet is an absolute disaster. It’s practically useless — you can’t withdraw your crypto to other wallets, can’t sell, and can’t even swap assets without being forced to buy Ethereum just to cover fees. Fraudulent site, unfortunately I could not withdraw my digital currencies twt

I was contacted via a email and said I had I have a very large amount of money to withdraw, knowing I lost a small amount of money some years ago and was contacted by various persons saying they could help me with the so called interest of my small investment so now I am very dubious of this so called company called, Trust Wallet BTC , Even though I have sent messages to Trust Wallet BTC and received messages back with helpful answers to the process I have to do in which to withdraw this said amount of money. One question is who owns this Company?? And are they Scammers or not Scammers still as I write this review still very dubious though. After I gave this review I searched for who was the owner of Trust Wallet BTC my answer to this question was it is owned by Binance since 2017 if someone knows more than I do please put a review on trust pilot

Trust wallet, Scammers , thief’s. and working with other scam sites. I lost 7300$ with them and can't get hold of anybody. They allowed me to transfer my funds to another scammer on their platform. They will gift you a few hundred and make some profit for you to try and hook you to investing more but you will never be allowed to withdraw. They are scam partner of web3defi . Do not trust , trust wallet . Every single person from trust wallet is scammer . They asked me to inject money for fees . I did three time , and its gone with the wind . I'm done with Trust Wallet. I can't even check my numbers half the time because they are always disappearing. I'll be in the middle of swapping and my balance goes to zero. When are they going to fix the issue? I'm not the only one who has anything about this problem. They are too worried about everything else but letting their users actually use the wallet properly. I'm trying to get my money off of Trust and I hold almost 175k so it's on them. Horrible
