Loved my broker and ended up with a great space
Loved my broker and ended up going for one of the office spaces after touring spaces in two buildings. However, the first building I saw was less than stellar:
- only one of the many offices on our tour had a window which was a prerequisite for me
- the coordinator was new to the space and didn't have working knowledge of it.
- she was also 15 minutes late to our 9:00 meeting.
The second office space was just right both in ambiance, community, actual space, amenities and price.

Painfully slow leasing process
Painfully slow leasing process - took 4 months to negotiate a 1600 sq/ft lease. We also didn't feel that our broker was that knowledgeable about building

These guys are the real deal. I was looking for a very specific type of space, and they were equal to the task every step of the way. They kept at it with good momentum until I'd found exactly what I was looking for, and was moved in. Absolute pleasure to work with. Efficient, friendly, thorough. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Truss and Nicole rocked. Nicole worked hard to understand the needs of my company and team. She was super honest about the places we visited and the state of the market. I truly felt like she was working to get us the best office possible for our needs.

Ronda Dade is amazing!
Ronda Dade was my broker and she is nothing short of amazing! She really took the time to find out what works for me and my business. Her follow up was so swift that I felt like I was her only client. I didn’t feel like just a client, I felt like she truly had my best interest at heart like a friend would. At the end of the day, she will get the deal done! I know I got the best space for my business because of Ronda!

Ronda Dade, my broker was awesome! Any questions or concerns I had she responded on a timely manner and always kept me informed via email or text. I felt like she took me under her wings as I explored this new territory of seeking a proper space for my business.

Ronda is absolutely amazing
Ronda is absolutely amazing. I was really nervous about doing things online with a broker, but she really turned into someone I can count on, and would go to bat for me in dealings with other brokers. I appreciate her time and just want to say that she covers every detail and concern. This company also was a breeze to navigate thru as well.

Austin and Nicole were very helpful in my search for a new space. Although I ended up going with a space from another Broker they were critical in helping me discover what I needed and were able to show me a number of places that were perfectly suitable for our needs. Their software is easy to use and makes communication very easy.
I'd recommend anyone who is looking for their next space to check out Truss and if in Chicago speak with Nicole and Austin!
