They are not a reputable company. They have killed my lawn, and then leave evaluations saying "water 1 to 2 times per week..." I water twice per day. Never have they done a soil analysis, never have they been responsive (I get some guy with an Indian accent on the phone when I call) - don't sign with these posers.

I received as a gift a year contract with Tru Green.

Started out ok, but rapidly got worse as the year went on. By July my lawn was dying ( fescue) in alot of spots. Contacted them and they sent a manager out. He assured me they would take care of it and ordered some more treatments. By September my lawn had not improved, but they were scheduled to come out , areate my lawn and plant grass seed. I had to hire someone to come out and rake up all the dead grass, so when they did plant it would get to my soil. 4 weeks later had alot of bare spots where they did not spread the grass seed. They then sent out 2 guys to reseed. This was on a windy day (60) mph gusts, and they admitted it was probably too windy, but they were going to do it anyway. They put it on with their hands and literally just slam the seed in my yard, like they were really upset, they had to even be there. I do not want them back on my property and give them a 0 for everything they did!
