Buyer Beware!!!

Went 2 months with no fertilization. Had to call them to come out for weeds and insect problem. Charged me for a regular application, but did not fertilize. Only sprayed for weeds and insects. Had to call again to get fertilizer and a second application of weed killer. Requested the supervisor to come out. No such luck. They sent the technician instead. Can never talk to the local branch. Lawn has been full of weeds and fungus since I hired TruGreen. After this season no more TruGreen.

Tried Tru Green again; never again!

I tried this TG again to disappointing results Again. Told they would treat yard then do aeration in Oct. For 200.00, so will treat yard weeds first 37.00. Why did they send someone for the aeration today? I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.! Don't have money to throw away..... they have a lot of bad reviews, sad!
