Avoid this company; they are incredibly unreliable and have done nothing but harass and make soliciting calls. Certainly, do not pay upfront; they are pressuring you to pay for a service that will not be provided.

OMG!!do not use this company!!! TGEY have from day 1 made a promise with their flyer of 50%off first service of lawn feed and bushes and plants. Supervisor came and quoted us $35. Half off. The auto charged my bill over $125.!!! After a week of getting jerked off by “ their” call center bc you cannot get thru to the local office. They said they would zero out acct n start over. THAT man said they haven’t done feed to bushes n plants for 7 years!!!! But that’s what on the flyer! Ok. Second treatment.. tech comes and half sprays .. we have security cameras n then we get another AUTO DEBIT which we did not agree to to use the card.. the card? Again twice as much as what was quoted!!! We called two more times to get once again the call center( outsourced girls) n they promised a refund. Woke up next day.. yes next day to find yet ANOTHER CHARGE to my Visa which the call center said they took the auto card OFF. She sent us a “ generic” email saying they would refund.. we got the equivalent email with no name. No acct number n no refund to card ending in…. Being close to weekend we thought ok. Let’s see .. it’s July 30 n I just looked at my bank acct and THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!!4 times!!!!! I’m now disputing thru my bank the 4 charges.. people save yourselves. Read the reviews.. my grass looks like crap. My fault for falling for a stupid flyer in mailbox.. READ CUSTOMER reviews before hiring a company that does not answer the phone n a call center does… that should have been the omen..

I have had True Green service for many years. A large part of my lawn has been dead for well over a year. I have been promised remedies which have not worked.
I was promised sod or plugs to restore the lawn. This has not happened. There seems to be no real commitment to solve this issue. Meanwhile Tru Green asks me to renew service for another year!

Terrible company. Gave them a second chance after horrible service. So dissatisfied that I went to there office twice to no avail. Try calling and you get a random person from another state w hi o knows nothing. They can come to your door then go get there equipment spray a huge yard front and back yard write up what they did, print it off walk it to your door all in less than 8 minutes!! Had to call them back every month because of weeds. So I cancelled. Someone called me to try and get me back and when I started to tell them everything I have experienced, he hung up on me! They were spraying my mothers yard every month and she doesn’t even water her yard. Totally took advantage of the elderly! All this in Bradenton Florida.

Terrible Co. ethics. I had a 1yr contract for service which I agreed to at a discounted price. The yr was up, I didn't realize it, and True Green charged my charge card a price that was much greater than what our contract was for. If our contract was up its up. Don't charge me more for something I don't want without authorization. VERY UNETHICAL. Try to get thru to Reps. Good luck.
