TruGreen - LA Pasadena Recensioni 3

After my last review, trugreen contacted me with reassurance that an inspection of my lawn issues would be done by Merrick, a Trugreen manager(?). The inspection scheduled for 7/28/2022 between 10am and noon. It is now 1pm on 7/28/22. No phone call or text to reschedule. Pretty sad. I'll leave a note just in case he does show up. I have another appointment and can't wait any longer. Not good Trugreen, not good.

I hired them for mosquito abatement. They asked for alot of information and we scheduled a service. They said they'd text me before they came. To my surprise, they showed up at my door without the notification. The technician was courteous and professional. However, the service was ineffective. I called to cancel but the representative convinced me to give them another try. So I set up a date and no one showed. No notification. Called again and there was no record of a service request. Set up another service with the same result. No one showed and no notification. Called again to cancel. Representative said there was vehicle problems and that I was scheduled for the next day. I said fine but if this happens again, I will cancel as this is unacceptable. No one showed but I did get a message of a reschedule without a reason or apology. I called to cancel and this time I did. Representative said I'd receive an email in a matter of minutes. No email so I called again. This representative said there was no such cancellation in the notes. So I called again to cancel. Have yet to receive an email but I did get a cancellation number. Hope this is enough. If my experience is indicative of the company, stay away.
