local rep aggressively pursued my business with calls, leaving info in my mailbox,etc. i agreed to give them 3 treatments bf i would agree to a long term contract. After only 2 treatments i started seeing large portion of lawn start to appear brown and withered. i contacted my local rep that kept putting off to come see the damage until after the 3rd treatment. By this time, yard was almost completely brown.
He gave his word they would help correct the problem. Since we met on site he has refused to return any of my messages as well as has refused to allow me ot speak directly with his manager.
I am meeting with my legal this week. I am being told this potentially falls under vandalism and destruction of property, which are considered serious offenses in this state

Jan 2021 I received a phone call from a local branch that they where running a special that could only be received thru them and not the nation TruGreen company or web site. I entered a year service to treat my lawn to control weeds and fertilize insect control. the first problem came in spring as armadillo's started rooting up the lawn to eat the lawn insects. After several calls to get the branch to address the issues and no response from them I applied a treatment myself and within a week the armadillo moved on to another untreated lot. By the time mid spring I was repeatedly asking them for retreatments due to the weeds not coming under control and the spots where they had obviously treated there where bare spots to which they said they would re-sod but never did. Several times after this my thoughts where that they where not treating the lawn at all for weeds and only treating it with bare minimum treatments as to treat as many lawns in one day as possible. This was confirmed several times as they would only do 1 pass of a treatment and refusal to spot treat any problem areas in there 1 size fits all plan of attack's. Many times when I was on sites during their applications the tech would sit in the truck for 10-20 minutes then spend 5-10 minutes spraying then leave and put a list of things that prevented them from bringing weeds under control. I called the company several times over the course of the contract but only got the same response time and time again. When at the end of the contract they sent out a never before seen team and I addressed my issues with them. Again I got the same treatment. And a bill from them on a new per treatment case. At that time I again contacted the customer service and they said they would send out a send out an inspector but after 3 weeks no response.

My advice to anyone is to ask them if they service your property that you only will pay after the service is delivered in 10 annual instalment at a 100% satisfaction guaranty. Trust me if they want agree to this; move on to another company because they know they can't make money off of you.
