Truegreen damaged my lawn
Truegreen treated my yard end of August and my lawn is now dying. They came out to evaluate on Sept 10 and initially blamed everything from lack of water to compacted earth. When I showed a video just recently taken, the tech changed his tune and told me his manager said to aerate my lawn or it will die. I have pictures of my green and vibrant lawn(still with lots of weeds) from just prior to their treatment. They have been promising for a manager to come back since the 10th and still no-one has come by. While my lawn continues to deteriorate everyday. Who will pay to replace my lawn,

My little yard was 90%weeds and 10% grass. tI hired them after they convinced me and guaranteed a successful outcome. They killed the little grass I had and the weeds remain. The service tech was supposed to return for a free analysis. He did not show. After several written requests i haven’t heard back from anyone. Even more concerning is that my dog suddenly began losing his hair in patches at the same time the product was sprayed. This is not a company to give your hard earned money to or do business with.

Tru-Green does not have it together at all !
I was a Long time Customer of Scotts lawn and I definitely had the Most Beautiful Lawn Around.....Then Tru-green bought Scotts and it has been all downhill since then! They show up to put granular a but they forgot their spreader, the chemicals are mixed so thin that you can't even see a growth spurt after putting liquid fertilizer down. The same Technician (worker) rarely shows up more than once or twice. It seems like they can't keep help much less train them. I could write pages of screw ups and i have given them too many chances already.
My Branch is the Fort Lauderdale ,Florida branch and they very well may be the worst. Do yourself a favor and find someone else as they are not worth your time or aggravation.

worst customer service ever. i was a new customer and got the runaround 2 days in a row. all the bad reviews i read were so true. they need to close their doors

My husband replaced our entire yard with new grass in February 2021. He wanted to maintain the beauty of having NEW HEALTHY GREEN grass, so he hired TRUGREEN in June 2021. That was the biggest mistake. Our new grass was destroyed by this company. After talking to numerous individuals (including a manager). We were told that if they couldn’t get the grass back healthy, they would replace it. The spot in our yard kept getting bigger, and the grass IS DEAD (IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2021). My husband called back to complain and was told that a manager would be out on Monday, Oct 11, between 11:30am-1:30pm. No one showed during that timeframe. Instead a Technician, not a manager, showed up at 5:45pm, took pictures of our yard and said he would refer it to his management team and agreed TRUGREEN messed-up. No one from management has made this wrong Right. So we Decided to FIRE THEIR A__. Now we are stuck with replacing our grass AGAIN. DONT USE TRUGREEN In Pembroke Pines, West Hollywood and Miramar area. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them a zero rating.
