For the second time that I have caught…

For the second time that I have caught on video true green employee did the front yard and did not do the backyard. This last time was on September 22. The video shows him arriving and leaving in two minutes video does not show him going to the backyard, there’s no way he could’ve done the front yard in two minutes. I canceled my service and asked for a refund. Today’s date is October 3. Customer service has to request a refund she doubts. I will get one because it has been two weeks since the service very disappointed and will never use TruGreen or refer Trugreen.
