Positive Review for Derek Castillo

My experience with sales rep, Derek, was great! He was very personable, an excellent listener and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain what was going on with my lawn issues and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He also followed up after the work was done to check on the outcome. I could not have asked for a better experience. Derek was great!

Matt was great

Matt was great! Helpful and eager to do everything he could to help my disasterous mess of a lawn . that was followed up with Mr Bianci who went above and beyond taking care of my trees and shrubs . Great day for TruGreen and me!
