TruGreen - Cincinnati North Recensioni 2

I'm not even a customer, I'm the neighbor of a customer. The lawn tech didn't check the address and sprayed my yard instead. So far all my seedlings in the first foot of my whole garden have died from drift. I called them to report the issue and can't even get a call back. Instead I've now reported it to Ohio Department of Agriculture. These guys are hacks. Save your money and do your research. Use a reputable company.

We have used Trugreen for 3.5 years. They have said they came out and our outdoor camera showed that they did not. They do not schedule appointments, they probably would of never came out if we didn't initiate the call. Our yard looks horrible, large spots of crab grass and other aggressive weeds. They came out earlier this week after my husband received an email stating they could not make it out that day. Once the guy came out, he put the bill for 2 treatments on our door, placed the flag in the front corner of our driveway. Proceeded to spray the smaller part of our side yard, only partial. Went to the back yard placed a flag in the center of the yard, proceeded to treat only half of the back yard and did not treat the whole half of that space. I was home and witnessed all of this. Even though they charged for 2 treatments we only got 1/2 of one treatment. I waited for him to pull his truck forward and treat the other side of our yard, watched on camera as he wound up his hose, and proceeded to just leave. We called they wanted to come out and fix their mistake, we refused and got a refund. We have given them at least 3 times to correct their errors so we have moved on. My husband and I are shocked that these technicians don't realize there are cameras everywhere now. Now we are pretty much starting over with a new company. Fingers crossed.
