I prepaid $1k for lawn and mosquito services for the season. TruGreen was a no-show for all scheduled appointments except for one and I've spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get the no-shows rescheduled. It's a horrific customer experience. Customer service reps give incorrect dates just to get you off the phone, assure me that TruGreen will arrive, and then don't show up OR proactively reschedule. I have to call every time to beg someone to come and perform the services I already paid for. Their products are ineffective and it's the most appalling customer experience. Stay far, far away. I just canceled my entire account and will be going with a different company. So many wasted hours on the phone with this incompetent company.

Should be able to leave a zero rating. Grass is dead. Grubs …which they were supposed to spray for. Grass that is left is sprouting weeds which they were supposed to spray for.
Cancelled balance of applications. Waiting for a refund of the balance.
Customer service is non existent. I dished out almost $700 to kill my lawn and not one word from anyone.
