TruGreen - Andover Recensioni 7

I have been a TRUGREEN customer for years and have them do extensive service. A week ago they did an aeration/seed of my lawn and did a TERRIBLE JOB. They skipped over significant parts of the lawn, no seeds were dropped on 3/4 of the lawn. They promptly billed me for just short of a grand for this. I sent email about poor job twice and included pictures and got what appeared to be a canned response with an 800 number with guy named Jerome that just drops into their main call center when you call. Looking for better options. What happened to TRUGREEN Quality and customer service??? Will probably not allow them to aeration/seeding again if i stay with them. Not Good!

My grass is ruined with no thanks to TruGreen. It is burnt to a crisp, the technician openly admitted on Thursday, 6/29 that he knows absolutely nothing about lawn care. Customer Service is horrible, you never can speak with a manager or have anyone at your house that is actually knowledgeable about lawns. Our lawn is ruined! I do not recommend anyone use TruGreen. I was asked this morning to send photos and a manager would call back today, that has never happened.

I have used trugreen for at least 10 yrs.
This summer following a treatment I had multiple burn marks all across my front lawn. I have the photos, I sent them along with my complaint.

Customer Service responded but nothing was ever done.

I gave them another opportunity recently to address this issue. They asked for 24 hours and that was a week ago.

I will be using another service next year.

It is embarrassing how incompetent the staff at Trugreen is, I called to report them not showing up and billing my service and they just laugh. Trugreen is the absolute bottom of barrel for worst employees and customer treatment. Do the world a favor and shut your garbage operation down.

ARE ZERO STARS AN OPTION? A NIGHTMARE!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. After caring for my yard myself for 30 years, I thought I would give them a try, and they have destroyed my lawn. Weeds have exploded! Impossible to contact, phone numbers to nowhere, so much BS that I cannot believe that they are even in business. About to take legal action against them to recover money I've paid and will need to rebuild my lawn. DO NOT HIRE TRUGREEN UNLESS YOU ENJOY STICKING AN ICE PICK INTO YOUR HEAD

You destroyed my lawn! We worked with you guys for a couple years now and you killed most of the grass in my yard and somehow managed to allow weeds to flourish.

Tru Green has the worst customer service. You call their number tell them your grass is dying and it was perfect before they put their application down you want to speak to a Supervisor, James Spanos, to have someone who knows something about lawns come out to tell you what is happening. The first tech that came out had no idea. The other two techs that were there to perform a service said they thought it was grubs my response was that they had supposedly just put grub control down so if it was applied why the problem. I called 3 more times requesting that James Spanos call me still no call. Someone is supposed to be out next week to apply grub control again and seed the bare spots which was supposed to be done two weeks ago. Obviously they do not care about Customer Service. How does someone like James Spanos who is a Supervisor keep his job if he will not call a customer. Obviously they do not know the number one rule that Customer Service is key. So aggravated and disappointed with their service.
