I've ordered from True Research Labs for a few months (2 or 3 times) and it’s better than most in the peptide space. As someone who was skeptical of peptides in general, finding a company with legit products was another battle. My first order arrived as expected, quality was great. Put in a couple orders since then and I can’t complain!

Transparency is key for me. A lot of companies in this space, wellness space in general suck when it comes to sourcing and testing. TRL actually backs up their claims with documentation. Shipping was faster on my most recent order, seems like they've dialed in their fulfillment process.

I had a question about storage that got answered pretty quick. Again, can’t complain.
Experience has been great so far. Will keep ordering.

Ive only had great experiences with True Research Labs. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is easy. Shipping came faster than I expected and everything was packaged well. The quality of the peptides seem top tier compared to other companies I’ve ordered from and their customer service has always been responsive and helpful!

I've ordered from Tru Research Labs about a dozen times, and I have never been let down.
My order always arrives within a few days, and I even tested my order myself when trying to find a proper supplier. Everything came back perfectly legit and exactly what I was being sold.

The support team don’t reply to your emails and they don’t ship your items. Stay away!

I’m so mad at myself for falling for their scam. First mistake was thinking their website looked too good to be a scam. So I placed my order believing their lie that I would receive my order in 2 days and was charged $14.99 for shipping. I received my order 10 days later. I received tracking updates 2-3 times a day by text and email during that 10 day period. I ordered 2 vials of the same product and one vial had twice the amount of the other vial. The caps are 2 different colors and I’ve never had that happen with other labs. The QR codes on the vials don’t scan to link to COA’s. When you go on the website to look at the COA’s you need a lot # and the vials don’t have lot #’s on them. The website says they are located in Sheridan WY but my order came labeled as being from a fulfillment center in Excelsior MN. The real red flag is my payment went to Mexico! I have emailed them every day for the past 6 days and have yet to receive a response. The website is still up and there are people being ripped off as I write this. I will continue to email them daily just to make myself feel better for being so stupid. I should’ve stuck with the lab I have been ordering from but I wanted to save a few bucks and in the end I paid $80 for product I’m going to throw away. It doesn’t even look like anything I’ve ever received so I don’t trust it. I regret not coming here before I ordered…. Lesson learned.

If you live in Canada please save your money, I got charged $65 customs fees over a thing I bought for $75, if I return item I loose my money entirely.
Please take my advise and save your money.

They scammed me, i order it 3 weeks ago and they didn’t even send me my order, i talk with the support and they said sorry and made me a new order, after that it’s been 2 weeks and they don’t answer me or send me nothing, i am order 3923, I expect an answer with a refund or i will pursue a legal case and make sure everyone knows this company is a fraud, answer me with my money and I delete it, ignore me and I’ll make you viral you and all your influencer s

Dont order from this place, even tho there are massive influencers promoting this shit. Do not order from them, they promise a 2 day delivery n its been over 2 weeks and im still yet to recieve my order or recieve any support. They do not reply on their email either, this shit is just a pure scam.
