Very dissapointing been scammed

I order the putting bundle for £95 and only the automatic ball returner has been delivered have reached out to customer service via email and chat and also instagram and had no response at all, totally not good enough especially when I waited over 2 weeks for delivery and it was for my sons birthday! Totally scammed

Hi Leigh, we've sent you an email from the one you sent yesterday. Just to clear up the putting bundle comes in two separate parcels as it's quite a big package to send otherwise. So the putting mat and putting mirror will be with you in the next couple of days.
Hope this clears it up.

Placed an order on 10th, chased and advised on the 21st still not posted….
I’ve Asked for a refund, terrible service sadly.

Hello Charles, As we stated in our emails that it was on the way, just following up as we can see the product was delivered 3 days after this. And we haven't heard anything else so assume everything is fine. :)

It’s a good product and well made…

It’s a good product and well made despite other alternatives on the market being cheaper. My son has one that was just £10 and it does the same job. It could have arrived quicker as from time of purchase it took longer than I would have expected.
