The Penthouse By Trotters Recensioni

Mikey was particularly friendly & welcoming. His communication prior to purchase was regular and meaningful which gave confidence as I was travelling from Scotland.

Once again great experience, and service from Jake!
Everyone there is welcoming, and friendly!
Putting you at ease straight away.
Zero pressure in selling too!

Will only deal with these guys 👌

The guys at Trotters are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for Louie who patiently advised us on watch choices resulting in us purchasing two. After this I found mine to become tight after wearing for a bit and I was sorted out with additional links fitted without question. If you are in the market for upmarket watches or jewellery then Trotters is where you should go from my experience.

Great service from the lads, no pressure just great advice and selection to choose from. Highly recommend

Excellent service.
And updates

The Trotters team was really professional, friendly and accommodating. I’ve bought from and sold to them and have been fair on both occasions with their pricing. Would happily purchase from them again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Left with a beautiful watch and a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate. Will come back soon!

great service,

The online purchase and shipping made everything so simple. The communication during the purchase was precise and effective. Thanks to the team for lovely watch.

Perfect buying experience, sent an enquiry at 7pm on a Saturday night expecting a reply the next day- they replied straight away, deal was completed within an hour or so, flew down from Edinburgh and picked it up the following week, guys were really nice, knowledgable and the watch is perfect- 100% will use again….

Great service would buy again from them

Mickey was great, fast response, sized the watch perfectly, my wife was over the moon with it.

Very friendly staff, made us feel very comfortable. Also very knowledgeable and gave good advice when choosing my watch. Highly recommend them.

Very welcoming and plenty to look at, our sales guy was brilliant no sales patter, showed us exactly what we wanted and very easy to talk to.
The buying process was very easy and simple followed up by emails.
Very easy to spend lots of money lol...

The team at trotters are super professional, down to earth and hospitable.
Can’t say a bad thing about their service.
Definitely recommended to anyone that’s interested.

Approachable, knowledgeable, friendly. No hard sell, just good advice. Great selection of watches. One small point: It would be good if the website had the location of the watch... Bank etc. But a very minor point.

Great team, great experience and great buy! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and I was really happy to do business with this reputable company.
I absolutely recommend them.

Great service, quick to reply with any queries and went above and beyond sending out same day when it was late for next day delivery by 1pm. Would recommend and use again.
