Thai constellation and Xanadu
Lovely Thai constellation rooted cutting ,only slight variegation but still beautiful , philodendron Xanadu looks a little sick all leaves mottled but hopefully with a little to cut will make a good recovery

Stay away from this company
My Thai constellation arrived with roots rotted in soggy dense soil. Owner only kept talking about how good their soil and company is instead of trying to solve my issue. Now I’m left with cutting with no roots and having to root myself.
Reply to Tropical plants
There is nothing wrong in checking roots if plant of soil looks auspicious and not appropriate for aroids. Roots can look white if it rotted recently as picture clearly shows black soft primary roots. White roots were secondary roots. It’s very wrong on your part to blame everything on customer when it clearly is your mistake. Why would anyone remove healthy roots myself when we paid for rooted established cutting. It was three leaf top cutting with three leafs and bottom node completely chopped, this itself shows poor training at your part. It was rooted from middle node which had rotted on way to me or at your place due to overwatering.

Risposta di tropicalplantsuk.com
We appreciate all customer feedback, but we feel this review is very inaccurate compared to what actually happened. After receiving your established cutting with a fully functioning root system, you decided to wash all the existing compost off the roots to replace the growing medium with one you felt was more suitable. During the process of washing the roots, you snapped off 90% of the root system. The photos you have provided of the broken root system show perfect white roots. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for plants that have been re-potted, removed from their original pots, or pruned by customers. To qualify for a return, the plant must be brought back to us in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. If this plant did have rot, we would have been happy to replace it at full cost. We would never advise a customer to remove all of the growing media from an existing root system; we would only advise repotting into a larger pot using the new growing media as backfill. To do it any other way is too stressful for the plant.
Kind Regards,
Tropical Plants UK.
