tropicalplantsuk.com Recensioni

My plant arrived looking nothing like the plant I’d seen online after being advertised that you would receive the exact plant in the image. The one in the image was a thriving plant and the one I received looked chopped down and sad.

After reaching out to customer support was told that the verigated monstera (at £100) originally tried to order had oedema, which no one had stated previously and I was offered discount on my plant or I was to return it.

Currently in the process of returning the plant, but I would not purchase from here again. Much more reputable sites to buy high quality plants from

The only good thing I can say about this is the delivery timing, but even when it came to delivery there was no tracking information or confirmation of any kind.

Price was reasonable for Thai monstera cutting , delivery time great , however the condition of the plant wasn't so great, tear in one leaf which wasn't fresh ( not caused by delivery ) and also a break in another leaf leaving it hanging downwards at the end. When there is only 3 decent size leaves and 2 are damaged that's not what I expected. A little disappointed that they didn't select a better one for me as these are quite expensive. No reply 1st contact made about my issue
Update. After contacting a second time they did reply and have resolved my issue with a replacement in a timely manner. Hopefully no issues this time.

Easy website to navigate and good communication provided following order placement.

Great service … well packaged & quick delivery thank you

Very well packaged. Thank you.

Plants were healthy and very well packed.Thank you!

I wanted 2 hydrangeas in pots for my friends birthday, wasn't sure how big they would be and didn't want to gift a twig, rang and spoke to the most helpful and knowledgable man Sam, told me all about the bloom, size, pots, swift delivery - arrived and they are stunning, one in bloom other with lots of buds, far exceeded my expectations and pictures on the website, he even added pink ribbon. First purchase and would definitely recommend

Excellent customer service. If they get it wrong, they put it right.

I reviewed my order 18 mixed colour petunias so promptly delivered.
Beautifully packed plants. I am so pleased. I went out in the pouring rain and planted them in my hanging baskets.

I am so so pleased with my first dealings with TropicalPlantsUK. I ordered 6 potted plants, they arrived in good time via the Post Office and were packaged exceptionally well. The plants were in very good condition. Am so pleased and will most definately continue buying from TropicalPlantsUK.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, great packaging and simply beautiful and healthy plant

Well packaged, arrived quickly, lovely healthy plants :)

Would give ten stars for everything!
Service excellent and wonderful, good quality
big and beautiful plants.

I'd stopped buying plants online from various well known nurseries as the plants were so disappointing, mostly poor specimens, weak and tiny. I was so pleased to get the Verbena from Tropical plants. They are beautiful! Good healthy, strong plants of good size to plant out. Thankyou. Will buy again

House plants in good condition all healthy. the best.10/10

Ordering process was really easy to navigate. The parcel arrived really well packaged (delivered by my regular postie). All the plants were in good condition and look amazing, really good quality. The overall price is very affordable and loads of choice. I’m very happy with my order!

I loved all the plants I received & they were packaged well & were delivered on time & quick. The only thing I don't like is the pots don't have the name of the plants on them. I had to go through the invoice that came with it to Google which plant was which so it would be a lot easier for the pots to have the name of the plants on them in the future. Other than that I'm very impressed with everything I got 😁

We have purchased about 25 plants from here and everyone of them has been in impeccable condition. Would definitely recommend.

Happy with product, Arrived quickly, packaged safely
