Excellent service healthy fish recommend great

Really impressed with my experiences from Tropco. The first order I placed was ultimately cancelled as they felt the fish were not ready to be shipped. I was disappointed but appreciated that the wellbeing of the livestock came first. My second order arrived next day. The fish were very well packed and the delivery driver was excellent. The fish themselves are gorgeous and appear to be very healthy. The shipping is pricey but it is in line with other stores I've seen and given the quality of the fish I'd happily pay it again in future.

Just resive 2 XXlage 18 cm clown loaches very healthy and lovely deep making could not be more happy 😀 with 2 fish I resive thank you all at tropco again for a wonderful service and quality fish's 😀

Easily the best online shop to buy fish from. If I've ever had a problem it's dealt with more than fairly, but it's very rare to have any doas from them anyway. If there's an issue with any fish prior to dispatch, they will ring to sort an alternative or refund, so no surprises on delivery. Even though I quarantine all new arrivals, I've never had any sickness from tropco fish, they are super healthy.

My go to company for buying fish these days. Haven't had a sick fish so far, all thriving after over 12 months of using Tropco - further to packing well and sending out well quarantined, healthy fish they offer brilliant customer services. I often call to find out what they have coming in and when fish are coming out of quarantine. They're always happy to advise. They will also add new fish to existing orders and are really flexible with deliver dates.

bad customer service, refunded after paypal dispute could not ignore the evidence, lady on phone very rude 1 star reviews for evtey issue this is review 1/7, lady on the phone who caused this mess

Fish turned up ealier than time frame and my drift wood, fish alive and healthy thankyou very much will definitely be ordering again!

I would like to thank the entire team very much. Every time I placed an order, I received everything in the best condition. Someone was always there to advise me, you respond to emails very quickly, all the fish arrive perfectly packaged, and I have never received a dead fish or one that died later.

This is the first time I have ordered fish on line,so I was a bit apprehensive. I had a email from the delivery company saying my parcel had been delivered but it hadn't. Panicking I rang Tropco,they had been trying to get intouch with me to let me know my fish had been delivered to the wrong depot ,but my fish where on their way to me. I received my fish in the time they said they would. The fish where extremely well pack and all fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Order missing fish and no confirmation email

I have ordered from Tropco twice now Both times for my “monster” tank.
I had a slight problem with the first order but after speaking with customer service the issue was resolved within hours. Nothing wrong with the second order and all fish are thriving. Thank you trop co you have a new customer for life ❤️

Been to the farm twice now and have not been disappointed!
Wide selection most helpful staff and the nitrico goop is amazing! Cannot believe how fast it actually works!

I recently purchased fish for my community tank. I absolutely love them, they're all healthy, they have nice colours, and they've settled into my tank fine.

the Dragon Guppy is stunning.

I love the Phoenix Rasboras, but they are such small, sensitive fish that, unfortunately, I lost some in transit.

That said, the customer service was outstanding
they responded quickly, and after I emailed them about the issue, they refunded me almost instantly. I'll definitely be ordering more Phoenix Rasboras soon.

Delivery was so good, perfectly packaged fishes and all arrived safely. Order 4 red shoulder Severum and 2 red spotted. Unfortunately red spotted both died on week 2 , despite all fishes were kept in the same fish tank. Looks like stock wasn’t very healthy. Sadly they just give 1 week guarantee, so there were no point to contact them. Red shoulders just perfect and growing nicely.

I used them 3 times now various fish shrimp and snails and all been excellent and delivered fast with absolutely no issues , my go to place online for fish … all doing great, plecos,are my favourite

I bought 2 armoured shrimp, they were delivered in great condition, by an experienced logistics company, the packaging was 1st class, will buy again

Received a candy koi Betta today. Absolutely blown away with how stunning he is. Arrived exceptionally well packaged. Healthy active lad settling in very well. You guys must take such good care of your fish if that's how you package 1 and 4 snails for a delivery. Highly recommend you and I'll be back for more In the future.
