Three months in and this is now part of my nightly routine. I started taking the Sleep Reishi gummies after struggling with stress-related sleep issues for years. What I noticed first was that I stopped lying awake with a racing mind. The sleep quality improvement came after that. The gummies taste good, the ingredients are clean, and the subscription price makes it easy to stay consistent. Solid product from a brand that clearly knows what they're doing.

Built my wellness Stack
Earlier in the year I purchased a Trial Box from Troomy that came with one of each of their Gummies my intention was to find which one benefited me. The hardest part was giving it a chance by that I mean stop using other items to see if these worked. Today I am using their Focus gummies and GLP 1 Plus Capsules every morning I take two Brain Power Supplements around noon I take a calm gummy and night when I get home and two sleep before bed. I have never felt better in my wellness routine I am sleeping better and making healthier food choices while maintaining my energy throughout the day. They aren't all for everyone but find your stack and work on yourself to be better.
