Great Company very easy process to send device in!! Fast payment sent! Everything that was told to be done was exactly as they stated! It’s been over a week since “payment…

It’s been over a week since “payment sent” came as text yet I still do not have the agreed upon price in my account.
I even gave them a photo of my account info. Nowhere on the planet does it take this long to receive payment into a bank account. Ridiculous!!
Yesterday I asked for my two iPhones to be returned.

William, The routing and account number you provided on your order was not correct. This caused delays in payments. We tried 2 times to pay you within that 1 week. It failed. Even if it did not fail. Bank transfers take up to 4 business days, they are not instant. There was 1 week delay. Patience was not given on your end. Even bank transfer take literally half of the week often to be sent because of banks. You asked for the slowest payment method. We have faster options and you chose the slowest one. We then attempted today on April 7th with the correct bank info you provided. It still failed. We have communicated well. Your review is based on terrible facts, which the reality is. You were the one who provided bad banking info. You chose the slowest payment method. You gave us correct info later and that shows you were aware that you provided incorrect banking info to us in the 1st place. We showed you proof of our attempts 2 times to pay you all within 1 week. So we also reached out today to offer you alternative faster methods. Reality is. This is your problem. To give a bad review, when you started all of this, makes you look bad. Nice try! Sorry you experienced bad customer service. But reality is when you behave this way leaving bad review, when delays were caused by incorrect info, and we did our part 2 times within 1 week, and communicated. And it still failed with the right info. We do bank transfers all the time. But your bank does not use zelle. We will not roll over and apologize. Reality is Reality.

Great company to do business with!

They're a great company to do business with. Very efficient and friendly. The process was very quick and easy. I will definitely be trying to get a quote from them on some other stuff I would like to get rid of

This user agreed to the terms and conditions on our web site when he placed the order. Our terms are easily posted on many pages on our web site. He provided us wrong information about the conditions of his iphone 6 devices. According to national industry standards with electronics. His 2 devices were listed in good condition. After getting the phones at our location. We conducted a industry standard 50 point inspection. The battery health on both devices were in very poor condition. According to electronic standards. These phones are in fair condition. Our web site explains definition of conditions and says offers are subject to change.

He knew the process when he placed his order. Our terms are transparent and available. He also got the order confirmation email explaining the terms.

We called his contact number on his order to explain the problem and what we can offer.

He gives us this review because he thinks we scammed him. He thinks we took advantage. All we did was follow company policy and the terms on our web site. So this customer review is totally false. Because he was educated prior to doing business. So his arrogance shows by writing a false review based on facts he knew before hand and yet proceed to do business anyways and acts like he is surprised.

Easy & Such Nice People!

Sent in my phone, and got a text about my quote. Responded back but heard nothing and thought I would never get payment. Received a call a few weeks later with an apology for technical difficulties with the texting system. The man was very nice, made promises to provide a better quote by the following day. I received the payment the next morning and a follow up call as promised. Will definitely work with them in the future!

Overall good; unnecessary attitude

Overall, my experience was good. However, turnaround time was longer than advertised, which is understandable because of amount of orders and USPS delays. (i.e. gave to USPS on 3/8, received at TronicsPay on 3/14, payment initiated on 3/18, received in bank account on 3/21)

However, what I didn't expect was the unnecessarily sassy treatment after I sent an e-mail on 3/17 to simply get an update on my order. At this point, TronicsPay had received my phone 3 days prior, and I had not received so much as an e-mail confirming that it was in their posession. My exact response from a TronicsPay employee when I reached out:

"You aren't the only order we have so it takes time man. We will let you know when we get to it. Thanks"

Definitely not a scam, and an overall good experience -- this particular employee needs to work on their attitude with customers.

David, we appreciate your business. With the pandemic, shortage of employees that is impacting all industries and the entire american work force. That has caused us to be much slower than normal. Our reviews online speak of our outstanding customer service and our desire to be the best we can for our customers. Sadly the industry is in a transition as we leave the pandemic and recover economically. We also have had some issues with a water leak, shortage of workers, expansion of a new facility and hiring of new employees. All of this has caused some slow times for us. We also experienced short term issue with both our web site and mail delivery service. So this caused us to be cranky and short. We had an employee who did not totally understand your question and assumed you were mad. And indeed he came across sassy. We apologize for your experience. We took care of the situation. We told our employee that we need to be nice to our customers, professional, respectful and kind. Even if work gets crazy. He misunderstood your question. He has apologized and realized you was not mad and just needed an update. We hope you do business again. Thank you for being a valued guest in our company.

Not a scam!

Not a scam! With so many scammers out there, these folks are not one of them! I did exactly as the instructions indicated and I got the money for my iphone! My carrier only wanted to give me half of what these folks did! When I trade in my current phone, I will be looking this place up again! Thank you so much!

Great company to work with

I sent in 2 older iPhone 7's used by my parents for several years when I updated them to new phones. I thought I had cleared them properly before shipping, but inadvertently left the apple ID on one of them. I was contacted by a representative to ask if I could remove it. Instead of rejecting the phone they worked with me to correct my mistake. It only took a few minutes to remove the lock via icloud and they paid me the same day.
