Troy has been amazing
Troy has been amazing. He is very supportive and is always there to help in making sure I stayed on track.If there was an event/ family gathering he always reminded to talk beforehand to try not to go over calories. In the case where I did go over he was very understanding and didn’t make a big deal out of it and just tried to help focus on the following week so I didn’t gain more weight.As for meal plans the food was amazing and had simple recipes.If I got tired of the same recipes he would add new ones.For workout plans he had already made the workout splits for me with a variety of workouts to do with demonstration.Troy in my weight loss journey has been a huge help by going through his plan.

Troy is a legend, Investing in Troy’s programme is the best choice I’ve made in a long time, In just 11 weeks I’ve lost 21kg and I’m feeling better than I have in a while. Don’t hesitate, just go for it.

I’ve been a part of trojan coaching the past year now and to say it’s amazing is a understatement. Absolutely loved every bit of it. I’m grateful now to be able to have my own education learned from being with this service… i can help my family and friends whilst also being in sick shape💪
Troy helped me reach something i never thought would be possible… a photoshoot. If you told me last year i would have enough confidence to do a shoot i would have laughed at you.
