My new troispomme chaise just arrived and was easy to unbox and set up in our garden. Spent a year debating this purchase and super happy with how it looks and feels, everyone is already asking me where I got it. I did a LOT of research into all the different options but none compared for warranty, light fastness, durability etc. I need something that can be out all year in the Netherlands and stand up to family use including dog, cat and feral young children. The final piece for me was understanding this was a family business. I happened to be in Copenhagen a few weeks ago when trying to finalise a year long decision making process (it’s a big purchase!) and the founder invited me to come and see pieces at his own house including some that had been outside for 6 years. They still looked great and were good to sit on. So, if you are debating it like me, know that I really did a lot of research and am happy with my purchase. Should that change, I will update my review but honestly, I don’t think it will, they are sturdy well made pieces of furniture and they look fabulous

Easy to order--just like the pictues on their website. Fast delivery with zero glitches. Easy unpacking and setting up on our terrace. Extremely comfortable, stylish and very very chill. Five star on all sides.

Amazing lounge feelings around the pool and on the terrace

So far, I have had amazing customer service. My order is only just about to arrive tomorrow. So I haven't seen it in the flesh yet, but I'm very excited to receive it. It looks super comfy and I ordered the light grey colour which I think is super stylish.
It's Climate different styles outdoor furniture and I settled on this because I feel like it takes all the boxes. I wrapped overlooking the sea and the conditions on outdoor furniture can be quite tough. So I'm looking for manager that was durable Evie with the 10th and with the test of time I do feel like I found it in this company.
I had good customer service from this company. I asked if they could delay sending absolutely no issue and I pick the date in which I wanted to send it about the way at the time that I've purchased online. It's been by UPS and everything has run very smoothly and it was very impressed that it was free delivery as often in the Balearic Islands of Spain we pay a lot for delivering items.

So overall I can't fault the process. I already have my eye on my next purchase which is the table that goes with my signature lounge set!

I love the sofas. Stylish, high-quality fabric, and comfortable. Very good value for money in terms of design, quality and price. Assembly required a bit of effort-especially fitting the bases- but he had a good time and they look fantastic. Highly recommended!

The quality is impressive and it looks very nice.
This will be the first summer outside, but we have enjoyed the love sofa already in our living room.
In my opinion there is nothing comparable in the market.
