Ordered a wetsuit a week ago with next day Royal Mail. Order not shipped yet nor in the RM system. Called numerous times; emailed four times - nothing. I would like to think they are a genuine business but feels alot like a scam to me - wish I had looked at the reviews before I placed an order - they are bad for a reason as best case scenario this is a badly run business

I ordered a wetsuit 19 days ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried phoning multiple times, left messages and emailed with no response to any. Currently trying to get my money back through my bank!

Like many others I ordered a changing robe (delivery should have been 2-4 working days). 18 days later and still nothing. Have sent several emails (no response) and left 2 messages on the telephone number on their website (also no response). I have now gone through my bank to try and get refunded.
And “yes” - so many emails asking me to review the non delivered product!!!

Unfortunately my experience echoes Ramzi's. No sign of my goggles yet despite multiple communication attempts! (Ordered a week ago and paid extra for Royal Mail 1-2 day delivery)

I ordered a tri suit top from this shop and never received it! No communication whatsoever. Do not order from here!!

Alison was extremely helpful showing me what I needed, advising on options and assisting with the fitting too. I certainly buy all my swim gear with Allison now such great advice and always with a smile!

Terrible service from this company I have had to chase and chase an item and then after 3 weeks they said they actually didn’t have it. They offered me an upgrade which was also listed as out of stock. They’ve offered me a refund and a free swimsuit. Just not good enough. Appalling communication- they never took my call - everything by WhatsApp. Avoid.

Great service, helpful, knowledgeable team in buying my first wetsuit!

Delays in delivery were not communicated. I had to chase hard. Hardly any contact details available. Perfunctory email sent by the ‘owner’ after item finally arrived (probably automated). By way of compensation an upgraded item was offered but to be honest, I would have preferred a nice simple delivery of the item I originally ordered.

I had an issue with my initial order , but I have to say they ent above and beyond to get it resolved . Keep me in the loop via messages

Made an order, never came. No communication from the company despite multiple emails. Had to raise it with bank, it took them over 2mnths, still no communication. Got my money back.

This company is a scam!!

Bought a £80 swimming suit for sports on the 5th of April, it was delivered on the 20th of April. Unfortunately, it turned out to be small. Arrived with no return address or paperwork about the order or how to return. Initiated a chat on the website about the return - no reply, sent an email to customer services later on - no reply. Now it’s May and I still cannot return my item. Although, received a lot of email asking for feedback, so I decided to use it as an opportunity to attract attention. Hopefully the company monitors the feedback.

Excellent service as always

I was looking for a dry robe in the sale but the one I tried in XS was too short. I wanted a size S/M. A week later Tritonoutdoors had remembered what I was looking for and told me they had found one in that size in black.
I felt this went above and beyond looking after the customer and staff are always friendly and helpful.

I ordered the item as a Christmas present on 18 December. It was showing as in stock on the website so I expected it to get there in time. Triton contacted me on 22 December saying the item hadn't come in from the stockist and they would ship it as soon as they received it (it was still showing as in stock!). There was no indication of when it was expected to arrive. They were really difficult to contact, despite trying e-mail, webchat and phone and I got no update until 19 January when they emailed to say the item was finally on its way.
