Our trip to Egypt was amazing!! The best part about it was our guide Emad Enan! He was knowledgeable, funny, and just a great guy to be around. He took us to all the best places and really took care of us from start to finish. I really liked all the tours we did to the different temples and tombs. All the people we encountered were so friendly. I really liked cruising down the Nile for a couple of days of our trip. The boat was brand new and the staff was amazing. It was truly a trip of a lifetime!

Miracles of Turkey tour was amazing. We learned so much and our guide was so kind, patient and knowledgable. The hot air balloon ride was the highlight of the trip for many.

A wonderful two week adventure!!!

The accommodation was consistently of a high standard, although TripOppo could provide greater clarity around their choices (e.g. the first hotel - resort style - had facilities we had limited time to enjoy and was not ideally located; we were told by TripOppo that we would get an Nile cruise boat upgrade that did not occur; and the first hotel in Jordan was in Amman (wrong direction for us) which added to an already long trip to Wadi Rum. In addition, I thought for little cost, the tour company could have covered the cost of water and coffee / tea at the meals. The actual meals were buffet style which meant lots of food but which limited the chances to try "local" food. The desserts were great!

The sites we visited were, as expected, great, although sometimes we were a bit pushed for time. The trip to Wadi Rum, although great, was a stretch and perhaps logistically could be done differently (e.g. see above re the Amman hotel). Although we took most of the optional tours, there did not seem to be adequate planning for those that did not (e.g. Sakkara - how would you get back to the hotel if you didn't go?; and the tour guidance says Wadi Rum is on the way to Petra which is not really true (and if I had not taken the optional Wadi Rum tour I would have been disappointed to have been on such a long bus journey and forced to wait with little to do whilst the others did their tour).

Our tour guide in Egypt (Emad Enan) was fantastic! He was exteremly knowledgable and engaging. He was assisted by a great team - bus driver and airport assistance. Emad made us feel valued. I highly recommend him and without him I know my experience would have been so much less positive!

Our tour guide in Jordan was a disappointment. Although he was clearly knowledgeable, he did not live up to the standards set by our Egyptian guide. He could have easily spent more time with us at the sites showing us around and talking us through the highlights. I felt he was doing the minimum.

Travel on the bus in both Egypt and Jordan was of a high standard. However, plane travel from Cairo to Luxor and then to Jordan was poorly planned with not all people on the same plane, which lead to stress and delay.

Overall, I recommend the tour, however I think there is work to be done by TripOppo in their pre communication to travellers; service standards with organisations they use (including but not mentioned above how they ensure "tips" paid upfront make it to front-line
staff (such as hotel staff); and assessing how the tour could be made even better.

Our vacation was fantastic! All of the sites and the accommodations were incredibly good. Our tour guide in Egypt (Emad Enan) was excellent. He was very knowledgable, personable, friendly and helpful in everyway. He took time to answer questions and give additional information on many subjects and became our friend. I can't say enough about how good he was. Our tour guide in Jordan was a great disappointment. He gave us limited attention , limited information, answered few questions, did not attend all of the sites we visited and other he only went part way. This was very disappointing as we could see many other tour guides doing so much more and taking their group through everything. We actually tagged along with other tours to here the information about the sites from their guides.

Our guide in Egypt ( Emad Enan) was very knowledgeable, energetic and personable. He made sure the group was well taken care of. The accommodations were lovely, meals were all buffets which were ok. There was many very early mornings!Unfortunately our group was booked on 3 different flights from Cairo to Amman which was inconvenient as people were waiting at either end.
In Jordan our guide was polar opposite to the one in Egypt. He was more interested in his phone or talking to the bus driver than answering questions. He would give us some information and then drop us off ( while other guides went in with their tours) Our accommodations on the Dead Sea was spectacular. Overall the tours available were very good.

The tour guide in Türkiye, Safak, was excellent. Great sense of humour, excellent knowledge and shared freely to make the experience a good one.
Need to keep in mind that there was significant walking distance required, but pace was good.

Our trip to Turkey was excellent. The tour guide did a fantastic job with the group and explained things very clearly with extensive knowledge. He did a terrific job telling us lots of details on all places visited. As far as the tours and places, those were above our expectations so I want to thank Trip Oppo for the job of planning everything within the 12 days that we spent there. Again, thank you Cheleviv for the job you did with us and Thanks to Trip Oppo. Keep up the great job with all your schedule tours.

Rhine River cruise was a great tour. We have used the Canadian TripOppo in the past and we have never been disappointed. This cruise was well organized and executed. Every port had a tour, even one that we thought was canceled due to our small number of 8 guests. Our cruise director, Jessica, was just so amazing. She made sure everything went according to plan for our group and all the rest of the guests as well. We also have to mention the crew of Cruise Crucevita went out of their way to accommodate their guest’s needs, sometimes even before you asked. Can’t say enough good things about this tour. We have also recommended it to our friends in the US. Currently, we have already booked another tour to Egypt and Jordan in November.

Overall the S. Korea/Japan tour was enjoyable. The Grand Hotel in S.Korea was filthy, Kim the Korean tour guide was excellent, Sunny in Japan was ok. The tour leader Robert was always there for any questions but english language was not his forte. Quite a hectic schedule with the optional tours but well worth it. The Kaiseki dinner ($) was not as shown and quite disappointing. The hanbok dress-up (included ) was a lot of fun.

This is the third time we have travelled using Trip Oppo. We did the "Charm of the Rhine" tour and while the contingent of participants from Trip Oppo was small (8 people) we were treated very well. The cruise director on the Crucevita, Jessica, is amazing. She made sure we were all looked after and she went out of her way to see that everything was ok. She also spoke very highly of TripOppo which is always encouraging to get an endorsement from a third party. There is no question that if and when we deicide to travel again, we will look over TripOppo's offerings. Hopefully there will be something that will catch our attention.

We just had a 12 day tour of magical Turkey (Sep-Oct 2023) and our tour guide was Husnu Celebi. We had a very enjoyable tour - of beautiful & fascinating places with interesting histories, all made a live by our very knowledgeable guide. Our guide was also very helpful, kind, personable & attentive to details.
The hotels were mostly very good quality, of least 4-stars standard & the Double Tree Hilton in Canakkale & the Grand Hotel in Konya were the super hotels (to me). The Cave Hotel in Cappadocia was a disappointment- there were several issues but got resolved after the tour guide intervened. But the problem with the shower hardware were just not resolvable during our short stay.
A big disappointment was the cancellation of the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia - suggest a contingency plan for the ride to be made possible in case of any cancellation due to weather, etc. it was so very very very, sad to miss it after having come such a long way for it!!
On the whole, a wonderful experience in Turkey - lovely land, rich in history, culture, food & people! Thanks for all the efforts of our guide, drivers & accommodating service staff!

Everything things went well, guides were excellent 👌

- the English language level of the tour guide provided by Tripoppo was not clear, I think he would be suitable to Cantonese speakers passengers. According to him, he hasn't been speaking English for years because he was living in Hong Kong.
- when he left his cell phone at hotel when the bus was moving already, the trip was delayed two times during that day and the schedule was rearranged because of his personal problem
- the hotel in Daego, S. Korea was dirty and below standards.

Tour guide who accompanied us for the whole Korea and Japan trip, was very helpful, funny and positive. He made sure everybody was ok all the time. Answered all our question when he could.

The guide in S.Kor, was also funny, helpful and guided us well to all the spots we were to see.

In Japan the tour guide is very knowledgeable, regarding the history, pointed out interesting spots, buildings, while driving and gave us time to explore on our own when it was possibly.

Great trip all around.

Great organized trip by tripoppo. Excellent trip to Egypt and Jordan. Guide Ali in Egypt and Omar in Jordan very knowledgeable. Omar very professional guide.couch drivers were drove with safety. Jordan driver took scenic route amazing experience. Jason @Tripoppo took good care of hotels food and other services. Also thank you to our Amir khan ( Muhammad) who picks us from the airport best.

The Turkey tour was enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary was timely managed and well organized. Thanks for the local guide who is knowledgeable, experienced and patient. We also had an experienced driver who kept us safe for the entire trip. Both the guide and the driver were awesome.

We just returned from 11 Mediterranean cruise with TripOppo. This is our first trip with tripOppo. Our tour Guide Sam Ng and Toronto Fairchild Radio Host Poon Chung Ming and his wife Rebecca did a great job leading our group. We are very impressed with their detail arrangements. We really enjoyed this trip and looking forward for the next trip with TripOppo with Sam Ng and Poon Chung Ming/Rebecca.
