Completely disorganised, no internal tour due to late start

Completely disorganised. Booked 1 hr tour of Colosseum, to include 10 mins welcome and 50 mins tour.
Welcome was 20 mins late starting, then had to walk through underground station to join large queue. Got through security 50 mins after tour should’ve commenced at which point the guide left us to commence another tour.
GOT NO TOUR WHATSOEVER, JUST SOME INFORMATION / HISTORY DURING THE QUEUE. Luckily I booked via a ticket agent so got some compensation via them.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in starting the tour and the long wait to enter the monument. While we understand that the security lines are not directly under our control, we always endeavor to ensure that our guests have a smooth and efficient entry process, especially during peak periods such as Easter Week.

Regarding the duration and quality of the guided tour, we acknowledge your dissatisfaction and assure you that we take this matter very seriously. It is never our intention to provide anything less than a comprehensive and engaging tour experience for our guests. We will immediately review our procedures and make necessary adjustments to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Amazing Colosseum Tour

I took a Colosseum Tour with this company and I have to say it was amazing. A lot of information, very engaging experience. The check in was smooth. Timing was as per schedule. I would totally recommend.

A fascinating and educational tour of Castel San'Angelo

Trip In Art provides an interesting and educational tour.
Valentina, our tour guide, arrived early to ensure that all clients were present and registered.
She led us on an informative and entertaining tour of Castel San'Angelo, regaling us with numerous amusing facts and anecdotes about the people and history of the castle.
