I would like to appreciate Devender…
I would like to appreciate Devender specifically.I approached tripbeam for my flight from USA to India and was charged for baggage by one of the airlines. Devender followed up the status of the issue and helped me get a refund.

Deepti was very helpful and she went out of her way to help me when there was a name mistake and one passenger cancelled due to family emergency.
I am also not happy that we had to rebook the ticket which was very expensive for us!! I have been using Tripbeam for a long time and also Qatar airways! I go twice a year for charity work trainandhelpbabies organization

Great Customer Service - Tripbeam (Deepti)
Deepti was great to work with, as i was not planning to book ticket earlier and was exploring my options, but connecting with Deepti was a blessing, she helped me with entire process like a pro and guided me through the hurdles and got the ticket arranged in less than expected time.
