I booked my ticket with TripBeam.com on 7th July 2025 for a flight scheduled on 11th August 2025, from Delhi to Toronto via Paris. Being a first-time user, I trusted them based on all the glowing reviews online. But now I seriously doubt the authenticity of those reviews, because my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

After booking, I received a sudden cancellation notice directly from the airline—with no explanation or follow-up from TripBeam. As a customer, I expected them to proactively reach out and help arrange a suitable alternative. Instead, I heard absolutely nothing. No calls, no emails, no concern.

I had to take the initiative myself, contacting their live chat. I connected with an agent named Rohan, who told me to wait 2 hours for an update. I waited 6 hours, only to be offered a ridiculously long and inconvenient alternative flight. I rejected it and asked for something reasonable.

Since then, it’s been a constant loop of delays, deflection, and silence. For the past three days, I’ve been chasing them, getting passed from one agent to another. Each time, I was told to “wait 24 hours for an update.” Then another agent, Shalu, had the audacity to ask me for extra payment to rebook the flight—even though the cancellation was entirely out of my control.

This is completely unethical and unacceptable. I already paid a full amount in good faith. I didn’t request any upgrades or changes. If the airline cancels the flight, then TripBeam or the airline should take responsibility—not punish the customer with additional charges.

Their so-called “support” team is unresponsive, disorganized, and clearly not trained to handle real problems. I’ve wasted days in uncertainty, stress, and helplessness—all because I made the mistake of trusting TripBeam.

I am still doubtful whether they will be able to provide me with another option for my cancelled flight on 11th August 2025, or if I’ll be forced to turn to another agency that actually offers responsible service.

Never again. I strongly warn others—think twice before using TripBeam.com. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

One more plus point is you understand the complexity of visa stamping and the route restrictions when the stamped visa is expired then which route is better for travelling. I had the best experience from the agent UPASNA SHARMA during the tough situations and worked out every possible way on providing me better experience.

Agents were patient to try out multiple options and came up with a good schedule. Followed up with phone calls and emails as needed to make the booking process smooth.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and decency shown by Tripbeam. We reached out to cancel and request a refund for a plane ticket booked through them after the tragic and untimely death of the passenger.
Despite providing death certificates and all necessary documentation, Tripbeam refused to issue a refund or even offer a partial credit.
Their customer service was cold, robotic, and entirely devoid of basic human empathy. They hid behind policies rather than acting with common sense or decency in a situation that clearly warranted an exception.
To deny a refund under such heartbreaking circumstances is not only disgraceful but reflects an organization that values profit over people. If you're considering booking through Tripbeam, ask yourself: what kind of company turns its back on grieving families to make a few extra dollars?
I wouldn't recommend Tripbeam to anyone. Their customer care is nonexistent, and their ethics are worse. Shame on them.

We have used and booked almost 3 times before and today I have booked again with the same Agency with Mrs. Upasna Sharma who had booked and helped before and Upasna Sharma had been a great assets for this Travel agency and it's been a pleasure working with her for my all Travel needs and Upasna is a tough negotiator for getting the flights, hotels and other packages but very supportive, polite, good knowledge about what she is doing the job for the travelers like us and others around the world! Agent changes itinerary last minute and try to sell a cheaper itinerary for higher price. Agent don't deliver the tickets in a timely manner and creates lots for friction in execution. I won't recommend Flyopedia to anyone. I have disputes going on with Flyopedia. Very bad service.
