Brilliant Service!!

We had a fantastic experience with Trinity Financial, especially with David Sanders and Correll Bynoe.
As first-time buyers, we had very little knowledge about mortgages, but David was extremely patient, knowledgeable and explained every step clearly. We contacted him many times with questions, and he was always available and reassuring, which gave us complete confidence in the process.
Correll was also very helpful and took the process forward smoothly. Both of them worked incredibly hard to help us secure our mortgage, and thanks to their support, we were finally able to buy our first home.
We are extremely grateful to David and Correll and would highly recommend Trinity Financial to anyone looking for mortgage advice and support.

Sophie my mortgage broker was amazing as a first time buyer she always had time for me answered any questions I had and made the process as easy and stress free as possible giving me a range of options to choose from with all the pros and cons of each,

We went with Sophie again to lock in another fixed rate since ours is expiring again and exactly the same as when we first got our mortgage was happy to help and answered all questions I had

We had David Sanders as our broker and he was brilliant. Willing to talk everything through on the phone and support us in decision making about 2year Vs 5year fixed term etc. We received our mortgage offer a few weeks after submitting. Would recommend and use again.

I’ve used Trinity for a while now after an introduction from a friend so when it came to buying a new property there was nowhere else I was going to go! Scott in particular was very patient with my endless list of daft questions but the whole team were excellent throughout.

We decided to use Trinity Finance after seeing Martin the Money Saving Expert suggest them and without a doubt, they made our journey for buying a house super easy. Matthew Luckman who was our mortgage broker explained everything we were doing and ensured we got the best deals. He kept us up to date and always got back in touch when he promised too. Would highly recommend asking for Matthew when needing a Mortgage Broker. There is also Conor Coleman who helped us set up our Life Insurance who made that process super easy. He let us know all the details and provided options that were suitable for us. Both kept to their word and helped us in our first home purchase. Would recommend using Trinity Finance because of them.

The remortgage process went smoothly.

My experience as a first-time buyer with Joshua Weekes of was excellent throughout. He explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. He secured a very competitive deal that I'm genuinely happy with, and processed my application promptly, with quick replies to every message along the way.
House hunting, and everything that comes with it, can be exhausting. Josh's work made this one less thing to worry about, and I'll be using him again when it comes to remortgaging. Thanks Josh!

What can I say? The service provided by these guys was absolutely unreal. They were a god send when myself and my partner were trying to navigate the process of buying our first home together. All the banks were making life very complicated and difficult for us, with their long phone calls and unnecessarily drawn out questionnaires. Trinity Financial took all the stress out of it.

Crucially, we were applying for our mortgage at a time of severe geopolitical uncertainty, meaning we only had a very short window of opportunity to secure our mortgage before the rates shot up. Never mind, because this mortgage broker went above and beyond, picking up the phone 4 times a day and working throughout the Saturday to get our mortgage sorted before the following week. This was truly fundamental in being able to buy the house we wanted, and has literally saved us thousands of pounds.

Joshua Weekes at Trinity Financial was excellent throughout my remortgage.

He found me a much better deal than I would have found on my own and was always happy to answer the many questions I had throughout the process. Whenever I needed clarification around the mortgage conditions or other aspects of the application, Josh took the time to explain things clearly and, where necessary, went back to the lender to get answers rather than guessing.

The remortgage process can be stressful, but Josh was approachable, professional and always came back to my queries promptly, even when the answer was simply pointing me in the right direction. I always felt I could ask questions and be confident I’d get a clear and honest response.
