Freeze drying and loving it
I purchased my first harvest right freeze dryer in February. Loved the end result of the freeze dried food, I ordered my 2nd. One in March. It’s amazing how everything turns out in the freeze dryers. A great way to save on freezer space

Trustworthy and stressless experience.
Amazing customer service, Albert did a great job answering every question I had about delivery and payment. I'm usually stressed when getting a big delivery, but not with trimleaf.

Bad quality dryer
I have not been able to get the freeze dryer to work. I cannot get it registered online because it would not accept a Canadian credit card. I tried 3 different ones. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing customer service!
Albert went above and beyond with our order and provided excellent customer service. When our freezer dryer arrived missing a few items Albert called me directly minutes after my email was sent and rectified the situation reassuring me the missing items will be mailed as soon as possible. Excellent Customer Service-I love my Harvest Right Machine from Trimleaf Canada
I bought my Harvest Right medium freeze dryer from Trimleaf in Sept 2024 and I LOVE it! I am on my 55th batch of fruit and skittles. Albert answered all of my questions prior to buying and after. I just purchased the wifi upgrade kit from Trimleaf and it's fabulous. I can control my freeze dryer settings from my phone app. Highly recommend buying extra trays and silicone mats as well as the wifi upgrade it from Trimleaf. Thanks Albert!!
