Always extremely helpful, friendly staff.

If you would like people to buy online you need to make the free returns service as painless as possible. If you have decided not to include a return label, then rpovide a QR code with the receipt. I shouldn't have to email to request a label and wait hours for a response. Not good enough.

Customer services were very helpful, giving me guidance as I don't usually shop on line. I also had a query about sizing and the advice was spot on.

My concern was the condition in which the skirt arrived. It was very, very creased, which was disappointing. If it had been packaged better, this wouldn't have been the case.

Bought an item on website - only ro receive an email the next day saying it was not in stock. Won't be using your website again. Not only that - I have signed up to their emails - (10% off first order) and I assume I have now lost that 10% offer.

Had exactly the jeans I wanted. Order arrived a few days later after plenty of notifications and updates. Great service I’ll use them again for sure!

Prompt feedback to email query was good but answer was inaccurate. Order accepted but refunded because not in stock yet still showed in stock after order cancelled. Feedback on order cancellation only after goods were meant to arrive leaving it too late to purchase an alternative, postage to NI more expensive than other sellers. Overall poor

Ordered an expensive Rixo dress, albeit it was reduced in Trilogy’s sale. However, it arrived in a plastic black bag covered in a layer of black tissue. Needless to say it arrived looking like a rag and I have had to get it steamed at dry cleaners before even wearing it. A cost which would not have been necessary had it been packaged well. Disappointed as I hadn’t used this shop before.
