Great company to work for and triguard is best and management control supervisors are so good and when you available they will give you shifts they will not force you with any shifts and they all are so sweet and they always pay you on time 5 star company

Absolutely disgusting and horrible company wasted my time made me do my screening and vetting then one month later took my shifts of me for no reason they did not have answer very biased and favouritism kinda people if u want proper security work I would avoid this company not good for financially

This company has great staff, supervisors and managers have a very friendly demeanour and are so easy to approach and have a great chat with. They always look after their staff and do tend listen to their needs and make them their priority which some companies fail to do so.

Well I am working in security industry from almost 3 years but tbh, this Triguard is one of best company I worked for.one of our manger name is Laura, she is so friendly and whenever I asked for extra shifts ,she has given me.I would highly recommend this company for someone who is interested to work with professional management.All staff member Daniel, Naveed, Oliver and Sam they are really helpful and professional in their field. Whenever I need any kind of help I found them there. They provided me full training for every single site .

I have been working with Triguard for 7 months. So far, I would say that good place to work, very friendly environment, flexible hours, excellent management. I would highly recommend working with Triguard.
To be honest, giving 4 stars just because couple of things which I don't like about Triguard apart from these things Triguard deserve more than 5 stars.
1- Hiring as a Sole Trader.
2- Not allowing new hiring to work on UTR.
I would recommend Triguard, please hire security as an employee so we can get holidays pay as well. Working as a SOLE TRADER we don't have any benefits. Please provide opportunity to work on UTR because people like me who works somewhere else on UTR and we already have our own accountant and Triguard has its own accountant so in this case I am paying double accountant fees which is not fair.

Absolutely amazing no words to say since i have been with the company my Manager Laura has been great and helped us alot since its been over a year no issues and no hassle. Best manager i have had. I would recommend this company to everyone who has a SIA. 10/10 place to work

Great company to work for nearly five years later, and I'm still here 😀 trigaurd go above and beyond for all their staff and clients. The work I've seen them do over the years is fantastic and so rewarding to see and be a part of.

Having Joined Triguard around November last year I can not fault them at all. I have worked for a lot of different companies over the last 10 years covering many roles and Triguard are by far the best I have worked for. Great office staff, great management and great care wardens. The work will keep you busy and is rewarding due to the nature of the work. Staff are given continuous training to ensure the best service is delivered to our clients. The odd negative review you will see will be from people who have crossed the professional boundaries by their lack of professionalism which comes down to the individual unfortunately, as professional boundaries should be adhered to in any work setting. I would Highly recommend Triguard for clients and care wardens.

I worked for Tri Guard for approx 8 months as a Care warden and was really happy, note the title of my job, after welcoming a new licensee, it became apparent to me that the gentleman had only the clothes on his back, and that his belongings were at his Mother's house a couple of miles up the road, so I informed him that if he arranged it we would go and get his clothes, medication and any other vital property, this we did on the following Monday, next shift I had been moved to a different site, fair enough it happens ! The following day I received a call from my manager dismissing me for taking the gentleman to his Mother's house in my vehicle, 10 minutes later I was reinstated.
Then two days later, I was dismissed again, this time i was accused of doing something else not allowed, this claim was completely unfounded and impossible for me to have done because of my own health, and as far as I am aware was not investigated as I requested.
Weeks before my experience with them, a care warden was dismissed for selling a licensee a phone. We are in the care industry for God's sake.
I had no contract therefore no rules and regulations of the do's and dont's were given to me, I would of abided by them if they had been i recieved no professional boundaries training as commented so therefore had no idea I had crossed them and the second accusation was not investigatedas requested they just went on hearsay. I just thought i was helping the Gentleman by helping him get his belongings.
They seem to make the rules up as they come across an issue and expect everyone involved to know.
Oh and by the way you are self employed, although they pay your Tax and ni. And charge you £6.00+ admin for them to pay you what you have earned.
All these fantastic reviews tell one story and this is mine.
